Hard working, Knowledgeable, Understanding, Great experience I am very pleased with the service and experience i encountered at Eastside Dodge. It was my first time buying a new car and i was very nervous. My sa I am very pleased with the service and experience i encountered at Eastside Dodge. It was my first time buying a new car and i was very nervous. My salesman Jason was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He worked very very hard. He came in early to help me find the car i wanted and made sure it was ready to go for a test drive. When it came to the numbers he was very patient and broke everything down for me and helped me understand. At the end of everything he worked very hard to give me the price i wanted. At points where i was not sure he helped me understand and made sure i knew exactly what was going on. It was a very pleasant experience. I managed to get my new car the next day and i couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Jason and everyone who helped me out at Eastside dodge to make my goal of owning my first new car a present and easy experience. More

think before you trust them with your vehicle My car was towed to Eastside Feb 2nd to have my transmission replaced My 2013 Dodge Dart was there From Feb 2nd - Feb 29th When I picked up my vehicl My car was towed to Eastside Feb 2nd to have my transmission replaced My 2013 Dodge Dart was there From Feb 2nd - Feb 29th When I picked up my vehicle it was brought to me I got in the drivers side and drove home The next day when I went out to my car I noticed a big dent in my passenger door and a crack in my fender.. the door grindinding when I opened it I went to eastside the Thurs before picking it up that Monday to grab papers from my glove box The door was fine when I used it to get into my car I went to discuss the damage and was pretty much told it was my responsibility How is that even possible? I went as far as asking for them to look through their security footage.. which he said he would He contacted me the next day saying the security camera doesn't reach where they had my car parked for a month The estimate of the damage done while they had my car is $ 2263.81 Eastside will not get any further business from me nor will I recommend them More
