Misrepresented a Vehicle as new. I have been looking for a White R/T Durango with full load for some time now and east side had advertised one as being new on their website and auto t I have been looking for a White R/T Durango with full load for some time now and east side had advertised one as being new on their website and auto trader only 2 in Canada with the bench seat. I was then told it was being driven as a demo by the managers wife when I enquired about it !!!! With 6500kms on it !!!! but they still were asking full price and only supplied one picture for me. I traveled 3.5hrs to go and look at the vehicle at the weekend. They had supposedly cleaned it up for viewing, upon arrival I spotted the vehicle in the lot and had a look before Andre Popov the sales guy could talk to me. (Full of promises) the vehicle had a mark on the rear quater panel of red paint from another car along with a dent on the passenger rear door from a car park, the 3m protectant film on the front of the vehicle was bubbled and lifting on alot of the corners even on the roof, the rear trunk handle had paint damage and some of the badging on the vehicle was missing. Far from the condition I was led to believe. I pointed out these defects with Andre and he couldn't say anything to me just speechless. I own a 2011 R/T Durango that was in better condition than the vehicle they are selling as new ! Sorry demo with 6500km on it and trashed by some woman. They mislead me and wasted my time ! I hope no-one pays what they want for that vehicle as it is not worth it. I will never deal with this company again. More

We have bought both new and used vehicles from him. Now that he is the Finance Manager, he referred us to his brother, Jason Scott, when we wanted to trade in two vehicles to buy a new one. What I appreciated the most about Jason was the fact that he didn't try to sell me a vehicle that had more options than I would ever need or use. He truly listened to what I had to say and didn't pressure me into buying something that I didn't really want. He was very friendly, very kind and very easy to get along with. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know wanting to purchase a vehicle. When we got the appraisal back on our two trades, we were not very happy and said we would just try to sell them privately or just keep driving them both. We were about to leave, but needed the keys back for the vehicles. While we were waiting, Shawn was having a further conversation with the guy who spoke to us about the trades (I can't remember his name) and came back and explained the reasoning behind the amounts that were offered, which then made more sense to us. After that, a deal was struck and I have a new Jeep. Shawn has always been very honest and forthcoming about everything every single time we've dealt with him over the years. We totally trust him and when I recommend Jason to sell a vehicle to someone I know, I'll recommend that they request Shawn to look after the finance side of things. Thanks to you both! More
