Eastside Dodge Stole $ From Us - Not Recommened We recently purchased a USED 2012 Dodge 2500. The Offer to Purchase outlined the purchase price that we and the dealer agreed to, with some additional We recently purchased a USED 2012 Dodge 2500. The Offer to Purchase outlined the purchase price that we and the dealer agreed to, with some additional terms. The additional terms included the vehicle being detailed and have the 3M replaced. When we picked up the vehicle there was an additional charge of $1495 on the Terms of Settlement. When we asked our sales representative about this fee, he informed us that it was Total Care Protection Program (which we had declined). We negotiated the 3M into the purchase price on the Offer to Purchase and declined the leather protection and the under coating. After much debate, the dealership admitted their error and reimbursed us $1000 of the $1495. As far as I'm concerned, they still owe us $495. The vehicle was not detailed when we picked up and it was a 6 hour round trip for us to make to the city to pick it up. There was still a stain on the leather seat in the back (this still there after they charged us the $1495 for the 'leather protector' as part of their Total Care Protection Plan). We also received one fob that does not work. The sales consultants solution was that he would 'mail us a battery'. Overall, extremely poor interaction with our sales consultant. At the end of the dealings he told us the dealership was taking the $1000 we were refunded off his wage. I thought that added to the level of unprofessionalism we were shown. Save yourself the grief and shop elsewhere. More
