NEVER AGAIN - MISREPRESENTED SALES AND HORRIBLE SERVICE I purchased a used 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Eastside Dodge 6 weeks ago. Within two days the service engine light came on and when I stopped in to the I purchased a used 2013 Jeep Wrangler from Eastside Dodge 6 weeks ago. Within two days the service engine light came on and when I stopped in to the service department to get the code read and find out what was going on they told me to take it somewhere else like NAPA or something. Move ahead to six weeks when I rounded a corner coming off the highway and the clutch would not engage. Towed into Eastside and now they tell me that the clutch and flywheel are damaged beyond repair and it is going to cost me $3200 + to repair, none of which is covered by their warranty or the extended warranty they sold me that they said covered absolutely everything in the drive train. I have been driving manual transmissions all of my life and there is no way this type of damage happens in six weeks. Futher research shows this is an ongoing problem which Jeep is aware of so in their "full inspection" they did pre-sale they either failed to check for a know problem, or misrepresent the extent of their inspection during the sale. It is clear that they will move a vehicle doing whatever it takes but once sold don't give a xxxx about their customers - NEVER AGAIN EASTSIDE!! More
