Terrible experiance! This place is terrible! They booked me an appointment May 15, 2017 for the recall of my 2014 Mustang and then when I got there they were saying that t This place is terrible! Super accommodating! I have dealt with the same sales rep for 3 leases and had great experience every time! Horrible Experience! I leased a 2017 Mustang GT. I signed 2 yellow lease contracts(on my initial visit and on delivery). The first contract had 39,369.62 for Leased Vehic I leased a 2017 Mustang GT. I signed 2 yellow lease contracts(on my initial visit and on delivery). The first contract had 39,369.62 for Leased Vehicle Amount, 251.59 bi-weekly payments, 16,326.24 Option Price and 537.27 Due on Delivery. The second contract had 39,651.63 for Leased Vehicle Amount, 251.59 bi-weekly payments, 16,516.24 Option Price and 650.27 Due on Delivery. I caught on Due on Delivery "mistake" on the spot and while the sales person, Bryan Defreitas, looked (or put up a not a bad act of being) very puzzled, the issue was resolved. At the time I wrongfully assumed that the only 2 parameters of interest were bi-weekly payments and due on delivery, so I totally missed the increase in Option Price. I originally thought (again I was wrong) that the issue would be easily resolved because ((190 difference in option price times less than 100% per cent probability that I exercise the option) times HST) discounted for inflation over 4 years) was not worth all the trouble. I emailed Bryan asking 2 questions, one being why "Delivery Date" was backdated by 1 day and the second one why the Leased Vehicle Amount has gone up. The first question, upon trying to wiggle out several times with pretty ridiculous/false reasons, he admitted that the delivery date was in fact incorrect. For the second question, his reasoning was Ford increased residual, that is why your Leased Vehicle Amount has gone up. More
