Lies and a waste of time Was told they could sell a truck - $700 payments for 5 years. Appraised my trade in and looked for the truck. After 2 hours Waseim came and said we Was told they could sell a truck - $700 payments for 5 years. Appraised my trade in and looked for the truck. After 2 hours Waseim came and said we can make the deal and changed to 8 years of payments - WHICH IS A $20,000 difference and pretended there was no problem. Manager said this is the deal you asked for “we are exploring payment options”. This is an Unprofessional Mickey Mouse operation and they clearly try to take advantage of customers. I was Spoken to as though I was stupid and didn’t understand basic math. More

The service gave me an estimate and because I still had warranty at that time, the partial I had to pay is $117, I trusted them and left my car there and didn't ask for the slip of estimate. Three days later, when I got my car, the amount I had to pay changed to 217. Fortunately, my wife still remembered the estimated amount and insisted the service on duty that day who was a very nice guy to find the estimate to prove it was $117. I spent one hour there and finally got my car. #2 I bought brand new ford escape SE from this dealer in 2014. When I bought the car, the sales provided me a service booklet and told me the dealer would provide whole life free oil change service. On Apr.20, 2019 I went to the dealer and asked for free oil change and the service advisor and the manager forced me to Change engine coolant with them at 80,000KM which is unnecessary service as per Ford escape 2014 service manual (service manual recommend change coolant at 160,000km) otherwise they don't give me free oil change. After that I went to another dealer, I paid for the oil change, I enjoyed the service and didn't get forced to pay for unnecessary job. Result: worst service and the dealer you can't trust. Brand new 2018 Mustang transmission gets a code within 1 year, I take it to their dealership they (Brad Craig) said they would fix it within a few days and refused to give me a loaner vehicle claiming the program was cancelled (my original salesman from another ford dealership said this was a flat out lie they told me). 3 days later there was not even a diagnostic completed and I was told I had to wait another week. During that week I spoke to the same guy he told me they were working on my transmission and getting it fixed for the end of the week and it will be ready for pick up. 10 days in I get told it will take another 4 days as they are busy with other vehicles. On top of that he tells me they have not even started working on my vehicle and it would be another week and a half and would still refuse to give me a loaner vehicle even though it will be almost a month with my car sitting at their dealership and no one has laid a finger on it. I'm the type of guy where if a restaurant gets my order wrong I never say anything, I never leave bad reviews if I order something online and its wrong or whatever. But this place is just God xxxx awful, full of lies and the Ford F-150 I was going to buy for my dad this June just turned into a Dodge Ram. Lost a customer for life. More
