My husband and I walked in to put a deposit on our new car and at first they seemed very helpful and we didn’t even wait long to see a salesman. The salesman told us he would send and email with the confi car and at first they seemed very helpful and we didn’t even wait long to see a salesman. The salesman told us he would send and email with the confirmation of our deposit on the same day but we never received anything; my husband then followed up twice after that and the salesman says he got busy but that he will e-mail us. It’s our third time asking him without success. If he doesn’t have 5 minutes of his day to send a simple e-mail then why would I bother to give him the sale?! The worst service for our first time here. More
