WARRANTY FOR NEW TYRES AND INSTALLATION DEC 2019, HAD TWO NEW TYRES INSTALLED WITH FRONT LEFT GOING FLAT. REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY. LISA?? TOOK ME AS A WALK IN AND FIED THE TYRE. SECOND TIME DEC 2019, HAD TWO NEW TYRES INSTALLED WITH FRONT LEFT GOING FLAT. REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY. LISA?? TOOK ME AS A WALK IN AND FIED THE TYRE. SECOND TIME TYRE WENT FLAT, TYRE WAS RE MOUNTED AND I LEFT DEALERSHIP WITHIN 90 MIN. MARCH 09/20, TYRE FLAT AGAIN. AS A WALKIN, TYRE WAS FOUND TO HAVE A LEAK IN THE VALVE STEM. TYRE VALVE STEM REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. I AM ALMOST 80 YOA AND DISABLED. LISA USED HER PROFESSIONAL DISCRETION AND HAD MY TYRE REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY. THIS TOOK LESS THAN 90 MIN. A WELL DONE, NOT BECAUSE WORK WAS DONE UNDER WARRANTY, BUT LISA SAW I WAS IN DISTRESS AND HAD ME ON MY WAY IN LESS THAN 90 MIN. More
