I suggest you avoid the salesman Mike Hothi, finance lady Bonnie and this dealership if you expect an ounce of customer service and respect. Some back and forth calls and visits occurred and I put down a deposit for an EUV. The car arrives and I come check it out on a Saturday, everything looks good, but I couldn’t take delivery because they had to prep it, it will take a couple of days they said, sure no problem. Come Wednesday after work, I’m super excited to take delivery, sat at the dealership for over 2 hours for finance and insurance (Adrian the insurance guy was decent). The finance lady Bonnie had a few snarky comments for me as well “ I’m not trying to be mean, but why don’t you let the bank do their job instead of trying to figure out this and that, let them do it and they’ll get back to you she said. I’m a pretty nice person, so I let it go, but my god, the arrogance and audacity on that woman to make such inappropriate and unprofessional comments. After 2 hours I walk out to my promised vehicle and Guess what? The salesman Mike Hothi tells me “Oh one more thing, there’s a light on your car as I was starting it, you’re gonna have to come back in tomorrow, we’ll give you a loaner.” What good is a loaner I thought? I drove my existing car to the dealership… what am I gonna do? Park my car there overnight and take your loaner? No thanks. I’m a lenient person so I didn’t get upset, I obviously declined the loaner, which would most likely prove to be more of a hassle. The next day, I come back after work and the issue with the light is resolved. So as I’m talking to Mike who by the way, has zero sense of customer service after I had signed the papers yesterday. I ask him if I may talk to the general manager. He responds with “what for?”. At this point it’s starting to get ridiculous, I as the customer, would like to speak to the manager regarding my inconveniences, why is the salesman questioning me instead of offering a chance to step up and provide solutions, he chose to get defensive and rude. I tell him “ I want to speak with the manager regarding the inconveniences I have experienced, the car was promised to me yesterday, I was even here on Saturday, I’m seeking a resolution. Mike replies “we’ll that’s why I offered you a loaner yesterday”. It is so absurd how these employees talk to me and treat me after I have signed and paid, their mentality is like oh we’ve got your money now, go away we got more important things to do. At this point I didn’t bother to talk to Mike any further, and waited for him to get the manager on site. I believe his name was Mo, I may be mistaken. So I explain to him the situation, first thing he says is directed to Mike and not even an apology to me, “go over there to parts and pick him a hat and a shirt” he says to Mike. So I basically tell him no, I was here on Saturday, you guys had 4 days to prep the car and should’ve found that light on the dashboard and fixed it by Wednesday. Furthermore, I was promised the car yesterday, my insurance and car payments have already started, I lost gas and hours of my time so I expect an accessory of higher value like floor mats. He agrees and says to Mike “give him floor mats”. The conversation was short and he did not even acknowledge that those were their mistakes, and that it has caused me inconvenience. Zero customer service, zero respect, zero acknowledgement of a customer. Another thing, the level 2 charger home installation form they filled out for me has my email entered incorrectly, he found out right after submitting the form. Mike assures me he will fix it the following day, and also contact me when the floor mats are here. A month pass by and I had a feeling that Mike forgot, so I called him and sure as xxxx, I was right. He assured that the form was corrected, he double checked, and had to resubmit the form. I knew it. And oh, the mats are here he said. So I HAD to DO HIS JOB for him, very sad that I have to experience this. The lack of customer service, rudeness, willingness to neglect customers is a reflection of the employees there. When someone spends thousands of dollars, they expect some service, not to be treated like trash. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! More

There is always something to say about your "gut instinct". Always. I usually don't believe in things like this, but, I'm starting to. I have no choice but to give 1 star, just so I am able to sha instinct". Always. I usually don't believe in things like this, but, I'm starting to. I have no choice but to give 1 star, just so I am able to share my disappointment. Honor, respect and dignity are all lacking. Hays was the person in question and from day 1, I wasn't a fan. Top salesman? Most of my questions had to be anwered by myself, or Google, or he had to get someone that knew the answer. I had a feeling things were going to sideways. The treatment of myself and husband when coming in to trade our vehicle towards a new one that we ordered, had changed as much as 8K in as little as 2 months. I understand markets change but there was no communication on their part or even an attempt at negotiating from what they originally offered. Just reasons about how the market had dipped, and prices dropped, oh, and the market had slowed down. Ummm, that's 3 ways to say the same thing. I wasn't born yesterday. We were actually shown a vehicle that came in in 2020 and 2 years later, the price drop was 5K. 2 years!!! And I'm being told 8K in 2 months? Something isn't adding up, or I'm being mistaken for a fool. When you have signed papers, agreements verbally and texts going back and forth, you'd think that would hold some merit. In the end, they lost out on our business, and sale of a new truck. 😞 I would not recommend anyone go there. Trust your gut. If it doesn't feel right, it ain't. More
Worst service experience yet. My corvette collectors edition was covered in bird droppings and dirt. I will never go back to Dueck on marine. On top of that my service advisor told me my battery was dead. But I start it every other day sitting in the garage during winter season. Then he told me to bring my own jumper cables to start it or to get it towed home. I put my battery charger on and it started first round. Just shows you how they try take your money anyway then can and if you refuse they treat your car like xxxx. My car is worth over $100k and it was parked outside next to a accident vehicle. Wish I can see that Shaz guy on the street More
