BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST! I took my truck in for some work. Truck was left there for 4 days. They swapped my headlight for one from the junkyard that is scratche DO NOT TRUST! I took my truck in for some work. Truck was left there for 4 days. They swapped my headlight for one from the junkyard that is scratched and are now not owning up to it. Some hood stops and clips missing as well. They supplied photo of the tech working and parts weren't missing in photo. Someone on their "team" is a thief! My truck is my baby I know this thing like the back of my hand NONE of this stuff had issues before going to the stealership! The headlight never had writing on it before and defiantly was not scratched. They never return calls on this matter, I always had to chase them. Learn from my experience and don't let this be you! More

Every time I get my Cadillac worked on the shop guys do a great job. The tech resolved engine light proplem and did a great job of changing headlights, had to take the front bumper off and other to get at t great job. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful I would recommend 100% the sales department ,service department as they maintained my 2020 GMC Denali for 2 years and the Autobody department which did a fantastic small repair on my vehicle after somebody hit me in the parking lot. Can’t say enough about team Dueck Richmond has behind them I will definitely be back for my next vehicle and recommend to all my friends thanks again for making the experience so easy. More

Horrible service, horrible policy. Class action suit problem in USA and won’t recognize or pay for issue with our SUV. GMC Canada won’t recognize the parallel issue. They were friendly that's about all. The problem was not fixed. I brought it in for one thing they said it was another. My car was left unlocked on the lot, they had opened my glove box and left the manual fixed. I brought it in for one thing they said it was another. My car was left unlocked on the lot, they had opened my glove box and left the manual on the floor, and my dashcam was left unplugged. It also took 1.5 days to do a minor repair, which they said was the problem but my problem remains unchanged. There is absolutely no customer service satisfaction at all and no communication as I had to contact the dealership for updates. No I do not recommend them for service! More
