He explained everything in detail to me and worked through several banks and different plans to get the financing affordable for me and do-able for the bank. He struck a great balance and a great deal with what he worked out. He's very insightful on the products and vehicles. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle and you think your situation isn't the best (mine wasn't bad but it also wasn't good.) he will try to get you what you want or similar if that isn't do able. Upon my first visit to the dealership David listened carefully to my 'want list' and advised me accordingly. He gave a lot of his time to discuss my options and was helpful in my determination of which used Jeep would best suit my needs. On the same visit, David took me out to see the Jeeps parked on the lot and patiently showed me the features and helped me to weight the pros and cons according to my needs. I found him easy to talk to and appreciated the open, honest and friendly discussion during this initial process. My second visit was Christmas Eve and David was exceptional because he came in to work with me, even though I don't think he was scheduled that day! Now that's customer commitment. I found David kind and fair during the negotiating process, as he tried very hard to make me happy while best reflecting the obvious interests of the dealership. He was careful to always listen and then openly negotiate. I liked that we ere both honest and straight forward. The no-nonsense rapport is unique and was appreciated. Most importantly, there were a few times when David Stirpe went above and beyond. He helped to facilitate adding a few extra items to my Jeep over the phone, after purchase. In addition, he was excellent at communicating and following up during the purchase process and post-purchase. Furthermore, there was a missing second set of keys and David went out of his way to ensure that the second key was made and replaced in a timely fashion. His positive and good-natured energy, honest rapport, and overall technical knowledge really made my experience positive and efficient.
