Financing was a breeze and I was thoroughly supported and made aware of any fine print. The Toronto Jeep dealership team worked with me to create a sensational experience. It took two days from purchase to delivery and I was even referred to an insurance broker who provided me with an awesome rate and spectacular service. I was driven home and picked up by the shuttle service who were timely and friendly and the dealership manager even called me to introduce himself and offer any assistance I may require. I was very surprised and relieved to have been quickly greeted by an actually smiling and pleasant person who introduced himself as Richard Kovacs. I came to look at one specific car and he immediately pulled it out for me to look over. Moments later, the salesman I initially spoke to on the phone, David Stirpe, arrived and let me test drive it. Both men were incredibly friendly, helpful, and no pressure. The facility was clean and bright. The environment and ambiance as a whole was very welcoming. This was in stark contrast to the previous dealerships (two of which were also Brand specific big dealers) that were dark, dirty, condescending and cold. David and Richard worked with me on a great Price. I bought the car on a Friday and it was ready for pickup by Monday, freshly cleaned with all the necessary maintenance and repairs having been done before I purchased (as it was a used car). The financing was also very cordial and no pressure. It took much less time than I was expecting. The entire process was simple and painless, laid back and actually exciting. I'll be recommending this dealership to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or used car and it will be the first place I call the next time I'm in the market as well. More
