Wonderful experience in car buying! I was looking to replace my Jeep Compass and wanted to stay with the Jeep brand. Before, I had always dealt with a different dealership but since I li I was looking to replace my Jeep Compass and wanted to stay with the Jeep brand. Feeling a little trepidation in not knowing what to expect, I entered the showroom. Those fears were quickly alleviated once Richard introduced himself to me, found out what it was I was looking for and passed me to the capable hands of Moshe. Moshe was very knowledgeable about the product, covered all aspects of the vehicle and was a delight to deal with. I know if I have any further questions he will be available to answer them! Charles had the paperwork all in order and I was ready to go! All in all a very impressive experience and I will certainly be recommending Toronto Chrysler to others! Thanks for the great experience! Once we arrived, we were immediately treated with great respect, thoughtfulness and courtesy from all staff at the facility. After a short time, and some good conversation, with our sales rep, Moshe, we were given the opportunity to test drive a 2015 Rubicon. Not more than a block from the dealership, we immediately fell in love with the vehicle, and knew the Jeep was the one for us. From that point forward, Moshe and the staff at TCDJ made the process of buying our first vehicle incredibly easy and enjoyable. We were also helped by Charles the next day with the financing part, he was also friendly and a positive guy.
