Great After Sales Service I am a firm believer that a dealership is differentiated by the service it provide after the sale. All dealership try to get your sales, but only a ra I am a firm believer that a dealership is differentiated by the service it provide after the sale. All dealership try to get your sales, but only a rare few make you want to stay there. During the sales, they guided me intelligently through all the car options and financing options, provided me a detailed explanation of which option makes the most sense for me. The sales person were very professional and courteous. What stood out for me was there after sales service: Instance 1: I wanted to change my financing option and I was worried if they will still let me (after I had signed on the deal). They just made the process so easy that I was very happy with them and it did not even seem it was a request. Instance 2: I had negotiated a 5 yr extended warranty which covers all my servicing/maintenance costs on the advice of a friend who got the same program. When I went for first service, I was charged for the oil change which I did not expect as I got the that package with maintenance. I called the sales guy up and he immediately on to it, getting resolved as I write this review. This is what I call excellent service and this why I will keep going back to them. More

Needed a new SUV We went looking for a new SUV that would suit our needs for towing sizeable loads. We were looked after by James who took care of us from the start an We went looking for a new SUV that would suit our needs for towing sizeable loads. We were looked after by James who took care of us from the start and introduced us to the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Initially looking at just the Cherokee he advised us of the next step up for the roles that we needed it for, in our case we needed more towing power. We went for a couple of test drives in both petrol and diesel 2015 Grand Cherokees and with the help of Richard Kovacs we looked closer at the diesel variant due to its lower torque and ability to tow heavier loads. We were lucky enough that there was a promotion going on for the Diesel engine as we were able to get it a lower price than normal. James was so helpful he even took the time to come to my work to allow me to sign the ownership documents. We are very happy with this vehicle and when it is running it does not even sound like your typical Diesel engine, in fact it's a lot quiter than you would expect. Also Mr Gordon was very friendly and approachable when it came to us sorting out our financing. More

Excellent Experience with my purchase !!! My fiancee and I decided to purchase a new vehicle. We live about 3 hours from Toronto Chrysler but well worth the trip. During the time the deal was being made our sales associate ( Mitch ) went out of his way to ensure we knew everything in regards to the pricing breakdown and to make sure we were comfortable with our decision AND the vehicle had everything we not only requested but needed. On the day we picked up our vehicle , Mitch took his time to make sure we understood everything the vehicle had to offer and how to operate all the functions of our new vehicle. Wonderful experience in car buying! I was looking to replace my Jeep Compass and wanted to stay with the Jeep brand. Feeling a little trepidation in not knowing what to expect, I entered the showroom. Those fears were quickly alleviated once Richard introduced himself to me, found out what it was I was looking for and passed me to the capable hands of Moshe. Moshe was very knowledgeable about the product, covered all aspects of the vehicle and was a delight to deal with. I know if I have any further questions he will be available to answer them!
