I didn't pay no mind... I never assumed they were trying to hide something come to discover after purchase and first car wash they've chicle had several paint chips and touch ups on the mosquito covered area... I went to the dealership expressed my concerns to the salesman who initially showed me he vehicle... He arranged for a drop off of the vehicle to gave those concerns corrected... Upon puck up of my vehicle only he back end of vehicle was repainted ... The front and sides were untouched... So again I addressed my concerns and attempted to have these concerns rectified... I brought my vehicle personally to the auto mechanic and showed him one by one each mark ... He used a marker for visual aid to assist with painting ... Endless to say their were several marks although small he was concerned that he would no tv paid for his work and called the dealership to advise them of the work that would have to b done... The employee that I spoke with cut me off the whole conversation and told me he was only fixing the mark I showed him although we had several conversations regarding several touch ups and marks on front , sides just like on the back end... U went to the dealership to speak with someone else and he was short and indifferent toward me... Long story short only some of the marks were corrected Although the auto mechanic displayed the most professional and sympathetic manner toward me ... More so than the dealership with whom I just gave a large amount of $$$ to ... Not impressed ... They need more training with customer care ... I felt cheated to say the least More

Service Took my vehicle in for its scheduled service. Service Manager, Alan Baird, greeted me very cheerfully, as always. Discussed with him it was a standard oil-change service and I had received a free 'peace-of-mind' vehicle inspection offer that I would like to use. I normally wait for my vehicle, so went and sat in the waiting area of the dealership. The history I have with my 2007 Jeep Compass is one of ongoing expensive fixes so I anticipated the usual "Mr. Jones there is a problem...." and sure enough I needed new brake pads (fortunately covered by life-time warranty), new rotors and a new timing belt. So $790 later my vehicle and I left the dealership. The service I get at Toronto Chrysler Dodge Jeep is always good - the fact that my vehicle seems to cost me $100's or $1,000's whenever I take it in for service is due to the poor design and build of the original vehicle by Chrysler - I have had to have the front suspension replaced twice in 8 years plus numerous other issues.
