Absolutely no pressure to buy and intelligent conversations with sales people who aren't trying to up-sell everything from floor mats to extended warranty. I did not feel intimidated at all, all conversation was informed polite and respectful. While test driving, I wasn't forced to have a salesman sit in the back seat praising everything the vehicle had to offer. I was allowed to use an ODB reader to perform diagnostic checks on vehicle. The whole experience was simply amazing. Purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, whole process took 3 hours including, detailed vehicle history review, licensing, purchase, and test drive. Even enjoyed a couple of free hot-dogs and coffee in the lot. I want to thank all of the staff but especially James Nickel and Daniel Camillo. More

I've been at another Dodge dealership before, and the two cannot be compared. Mitch went over and beyond for us. We went into the dealership to just look around and ask a couple of questions, but because of him we ended up buying a car. He gave us a price that was impossible to leave, he wasn't pushy at all (down-to-earth), everyone was so positive and kind. Consequently, even when we bought the car he still followed up with us frequently, and even after a month to see how things were! Besides the fact that he gave us an awesome price on the car, the car that we wanted to trade.. he gave us an even better price than what we could have traded for ourselves. All in all, wouldn't have asked for a better experience!!! More

Mosquito camo The vehicle I purchased upon first viewing was covered in Mosquitos ...about 12 inches all the way around bumper level... I didn't pay no mind... I never assumed they were trying to hide something come to discover after purchase and first car wash they've chicle had several paint chips and touch ups on the mosquito covered area... I went to the dealership expressed my concerns to the salesman who initially showed me he vehicle... He arranged for a drop off of the vehicle to gave those concerns corrected... Upon puck up of my vehicle only he back end of vehicle was repainted ... The front and sides were untouched... So again I addressed my concerns and attempted to have these concerns rectified... I brought my vehicle personally to the auto mechanic and showed him one by one each mark ... He used a marker for visual aid to assist with painting ... Endless to say their were several marks although small he was concerned that he would no tv paid for his work and called the dealership to advise them of the work that would have to b done... The employee that I spoke with cut me off the whole conversation and told me he was only fixing the mark I showed him although we had several conversations regarding several touch ups and marks on front , sides just like on the back end... U went to the dealership to speak with someone else and he was short and indifferent toward me... Long story short only some of the marks were corrected Although the auto mechanic displayed the most professional and sympathetic manner toward me ... More so than the dealership with whom I just gave a large amount of $$$ to ... Not impressed ... They need more training with customer care ... I felt cheated to say the least More
