I generally hate dealing with used car salesmen/women...... but this dealership is clearly a cut above many if not all others when it comes to custome I generally hate dealing with used car salesmen/women...... but this dealership is clearly a cut above many if not all others when it comes to customer service. Absolutely no pressure to buy and intelligent conversations with sales people who aren't trying to up-sell everything from floor mats to extended warranty. I did not feel intimidated at all, all conversation was informed polite and respectful. While test driving, I wasn't forced to have a salesman sit in the back seat praising everything the vehicle had to offer. I was allowed to use an ODB reader to perform diagnostic checks on vehicle. The whole experience was simply amazing. Purchased a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, whole process took 3 hours including, detailed vehicle history review, licensing, purchase, and test drive. Even enjoyed a couple of free hot-dogs and coffee in the lot. I want to thank all of the staff but especially James Nickel and Daniel Camillo. More

I've been at another Dodge dealership before, and the two cannot be compared. Mitch went over and beyond for us. We went into the dealership to just look around and ask a couple of questions, but because of him we ended up buying a car. He gave us a price that was impossible to leave, he wasn't pushy at all (down-to-earth), everyone was so positive and kind. Consequently, even when we bought the car he still followed up with us frequently, and even after a month to see how things were! Besides the fact that he gave us an awesome price on the car, the car that we wanted to trade.. he gave us an even better price than what we could have traded for ourselves. All in all, wouldn't have asked for a better experience!!! More
