My name is Chak. I would like to give two thumbs up to Dow Honda for a fantastic customer service rating. I originally bought the 2011 Honda Civic SE from Dow Honda but unfortunately I got into an ac Dow Honda for a fantastic customer service rating. I originally bought the 2011 Honda Civic SE from Dow Honda but unfortunately I got into an accident because some idiot on the road ran a red light and completely toasted my car. I was extremely upset. Luckily my insurance company claimed a total loss and credited me a replacement. I went back to Dow Honda right away to get a new car. When I went in August to the dealer, there was no more 2011 models around so I had to get the 2012 model (which I am very happy about). As soon as I settled the claim with my insurance company they gave me only two days to get a replacement. TWO days to get a replacement? The insurance company will stop paying for my rental after that point. I had to hurry because I had two jobs and having a car right away is absolutely critical. I went and talked to Kien Tu at Dow Honda and told him of my situation. He then went and talked to Dave Richardson (his manager) and they said the earliest they can get me a car is in two weeks because they was a huge waiting list for the 2012 models. I was a bit worried because two weeks of waiting is a lot that I have to pay for my rental car out of my own pocket. To my surprise. Kien Tu and Dave Richardson worked their magic and got me a car in only a week! I was extremely happy. When they told me the news that I will get it sooner rather than later, I yelled out "you guys are the best." I have been working in the hotel industry for many years; therefore, being the best in customer service is the cornerstone of any industry. Kien Tu was easy to talk to, he always smile, greeted me right away when I walked into the dealer, and worked hard to help me out. Dave Richardson was friendly and was very quick at getting the car I wanted. Amazing jobs guys. My 2012 Honda Civic EX right now is working very smoothy. I have no complaints about it. My friends and I love it. You guys deserve to be "Stars of the City." More

Anil Nijhawan (sales rep) came over to greet us but there was NO PRESSURE. He answered all our questions, was very relaxed, friendly and knowledgable. We chose to buy the Honda Accord that morning and the sales transaction was very nicely handled. Everything was done professionally and in a timely, courteous fashion. This was the best experience we've had in purchasing a vehicle and we would not hesitate to recommend Dow Honda and in particular the help of our sales representative Anil Nijhawan. Luckily, I had Francois Viau to help me out. I had been to many dealerships in the weeks before I finally purchased a car (a 2007 Civic from Dow) and the dealers I met used all the typical 'scare tactics' to get me to sign right away. When I spoke with Francois for the first time, I was relieved! I left Dow with nothing but a list of potential price quotes and lots of info on the cars I was considering - no catches or conditions. Sure enough, within a couple of days I was back at the dealership and ready to buy. I recommend dealing with Frank - he's knowledgeable, always professional, and goes out of his way to make you feel as though your business matters both to him and to Dow Honda. Sophie L. More

I bought my car on my 2nd visit and because it was late in the evening, my sales rep (Frank) had gone home. But still the other sales rep (Bob) and the sales manager were able to help me out on behalf of Frank. We had a question for Frank and we were able to reach him anyway. They are a great family of employees and they happily help each other out. Pros: Everything was deal with perfectly & professionally. Cons: None whatsoever I will definitely buy my next Honda at DOW.
