I was undecided between two different small cars from different manufacturers. The salesperson Kevin Graham listened to me and quickly understood what my problem was. He explained and provided the information about the car and the financial aspects of a potential deal in a straight, and honest way. I really appreciate this and gave me confidence in the whole process.. Thus, I decided for the Honda Fit, which I really like very much. I should add that Kevin was available and courteous when i went to see him without previous notification. The Finance Manager, Catalin Nicolae, was accessible to later questions, which were answered at satisfaction My experience with Dow Honda was positive. It was obvious within moments that it was barely road worthy, the rust underneath was so severe. Holes in the muffler, leaking fluids, and more. It's incredible that they would put something like that up for sale. What's really hilarious is how hard the manager tried to up-sell their high-end rustproofing package! I cannot trust this dealership and will not return. Some customers have had good experiences -- they were the lucky ones. More

Poor service Booked an appointment two weeks ago for an oil change and tire swap. Car was dropped off at the dealership the night before for a 7:15am appointment t Booked an appointment two weeks ago for an oil change and tire swap. Car was dropped off at the dealership the night before for a 7:15am appointment the next day. Went to pick up the car at 7:00pm only to find out that the oil change was done but the tires were not. Service person said they can get it done in the next hour or so because they have other customers as well. If I wanted to sit around for an hour or more I could have done this at Mr. Lube or any other mechanic. My car was at the dealership for 24 hours, booked in as one of the first morning appointments but this dealership seems to have a complete lack or time management skills and respect for their clients and was unable to complete this simple job on time. A phone call to let me know that the work can't be done on time would have been the least they can do. Left a message for Keith the service manager; wonder if he will find the time to give me a call back.... More

STAY away!! Horrible location for service! November 7th 2018 What a horrible experience!! I had booked a B-service appointment at Dow Honda on 1 Colonnade Road for my Honda two weeks ago today. So for this app What a horrible experience!! I had booked a B-service appointment at Dow Honda on 1 Colonnade Road for my Honda two weeks ago today. So for this appointment, November 7th, 2018, I had to rearranged by morning schedule and day to get my car into the shop and on time for the appointment at 8:30am only to find out at the end of the work day when I picked up my car in afternoon that they had completely forgotten to even look at my car. Even more upsetting was that the service manager simply handed me the keys explaining they forgot to look at my car and there was nothing he could do. How could you forget about servicing a car with an appointment?!! Stay away from this location for you are looking for car service and customer service! More
