Lee and Steve from the service and parts department went above and beyond to serve my vehicle as a walk-in customer. They were extremely helpful in assisting me with having mud guards, floor mats, as well a above and beyond to serve my vehicle as a walk-in customer. Don’t tell me my car will be ready and set a pick up time when you don’t have the parts in stock. Drove 1 hour to pick up car to then be told part not in and had to come back. Was quoted 250 for part then c when you don’t have the parts in stock. Drove 1 hour to pick up car to then be told part not in and had to come back. Donnelly Mitsubishi on terry fox, I brought my Mitsubishi Crossover to have a few things done on it and once again Lee and Matt were absolutely wonder, a heartfelt warm greeting as I walked in the door, the Crossover to have a few things done on it and once again Lee and Matt were absolutely wonder, a heartfelt warm greeting as I walked in the door, they met all my needs took good care of my baby ( my Mitsubishi Crossover) also fixed an issue that was done wrong by a different company. I live in the east end and it is worth it to me to go to the west end and bring my vehicle I highly trust them.
