It was a really pleasant experience, it felt very relaxed, and he walked me and my father through the steps, always making sure we understood. The car is in wonderful shape, and the low-pressure vibe of the experience was really a huge part in why I chose to purchase from here. More

Not only does the front desk lie to you about many things in order to get your money, but their mechanics are by far the most incompetent mechanics I have ever dealt with. i am only speaking on experience. How complicated is it to properly clip together basic parts such as an engine splash shield. If you happen to go there, do not EVER drive away without doing a full vehicle inspection because you will be surprised at the carelessness of their mechanics. They are HORRIBLE. I have never written a review in my life about any establishment. That says a lot Their manager, Daryl however is a nice guy, and even their staff at first is very nice. But sorry, for the price you pay (double that of local self-owned garages), you'd think the job done would be better. I've had my own mechanic for 4 years, he costs me half as much and the service is EXCELLENT. The only reason I go to donnelly is for oil changes, which resulted in a bent passenger side fender (took them 2 months to accomodate me and replace it); Their mechanics couldn't even properly clip together the engine splash shields that cover the engine nor the inner fender. Last year, I went for brake servicing, and the service was so bad, they offered me a free oil change and had to show up there 4 months later to tighten the hand brake. I will never step foot in that establishment ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
horrible customer service We purchased a brand new vehicle and the day we bought the car was the only good experience we had. We returned for service 5 times in a year for oil We purchased a brand new vehicle and the day we bought the car was the only good experience we had. We returned for service 5 times in a year for oil changes and all 5 times were horrible. First time, the put the wrong oil in our vehicle but told us it was "OK, we do it all the time" we contacted Mitsubishi Canada who confirmed that this would void our warranty. My husband (a mechanic), had to fight with operations manager Chris to get our oil change redone. We returned 3 more times with varying customer service - from long wait times to incorrect services. The final time I had to wait over an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change with my 6 month old daughter. When I went to ask Tanya the service writer what was taking so long she said "oh honey you're all done I just need to finish this paperwork". Finally I get the bill settled and head outside in the blowing snow. My car is parked at the rear of the parking lot (though there are multiple open ones next to the garage) backed into a curb. I have to struggle with the median and grass to get my stroller into the back. I start my car and turn on my radio but the volume was turned to max and my daughter started crying. Icing on the cake? My receipt says " enjoy your car wash" my car was not washed even though they had previously washed it the previous February so that my doors froze shut. When we confronted the new ops manager, Daryl, he said he would do his best to help - we wanted them to buy back the car so that we would never have to return. After 2 weeks of dodged calls we were told there was nothing he could do but offer us a discounted next service. I am now looking at taking $8000 negative equity just to avoid this dealership permanently. More
I have been to two other mitsubishi dealerships before being referred to Donnelly, and I will never go back to anyone else! The service was exceptional, the staff were friendly, helpful and caring. The reasons for my service work was under warranty and yet they treated me as well as a brand new client. Thank you Donnelly Mitsubishi - you have renewed my faith in the after-sale customer service industry :) More

Terrible customer service. Teh worst we have ever experienced from a dealership and service centre. We will never give them our business again. My husband and I bought a used Outlander in Oct 201 experienced from a dealership and service centre. We will never give them our business again. My husband and I bought a used Outlander in Oct 2010. At sale close, we arranged to further purchase a tow package, winter tires, and repair the front tinted windows as the present ones were terribly scratched. Upon pick up a couple weeks later, we had the following problems: • Oil was filled over 1 L above the max line and had to be drained by a local automotive service as your service station was unable to help on the weekend. • Broken plastic cover in trunk was not repaired as promised. • Tow package was paid for and confirmed installed however, when we got it home, we realized it was not installed at all. • New tinted windows were continuing to scratch. Not repaired properly to remove scratch source. • Car interior was very dirty, with coffee spill stains on the front leather, dash and under the seats. • Overall car was not inspected and treated properly for new purchase pick up. We had to bring the car back a further 6 more times to get these problems rectified (alone, the windows had to be tinted 3 times to ensure done properly) – an inconvenience and high gas expense to say the least. Furthermore, each time we called or came into the dealership to have our concerns addressed, it was with much difficulty. Our sales person and our service contact did not seem able to work together to get our problems fixed in a courteous or timely manner. We were brushed off repeatedly by not returning our calls. We were made to feel as though we were at fault and were causing problems for you. No one made any attempt to make us happy or smooth out these problems for us. Everything was done by my efforts and was a frustration and an inconvenience. More recently we booked to have our winter tires replaced by our all seasons that were stored at the dealership. After leaving our car there for 2 days, we were told we did not provide the 30 nuts required to install the tires and these had to be ordered for ~$120. Apparently, the service practice is to store these nuts in the back of the vehicle where they can be used later when changing the tires. And these apparently were missing from our car when we dropped it off. We were not informed about these nuts or where they were stored when we picked up our car when the winter tires were installed and we did not sign a document stating we were given these nuts. The service lady did not ask for them when we dropped off our car for the tire change this past month and we were advised 2 days later that they were missing and new ones needed to be ordered. In fact, it is possible that the nuts were removed from our vehicle and misplaced somewhere in the service centre. After 2 weeks of waiting on a response from the service manager on whether he would pay for the replacement nuts, we were told no, we had to pay for them ourselves. I was repeatedly told that someone “would call me right back”, “call back within 1 hour”, etc… but I was the one who had to keep calling every other day to ensure someone was working on my file. Once I heard the answer was no, I decided to drive into the dealership the next morning to discuss directly with the manager. I was told he arrives between 730 and 8 am and could speka to me then so I was there to meet him at 8 am promptly. But he was unavailable to speak with me until 10am. A 2 hour wait! I did after some time and speaking to numerous contacts, able to get the nuts provided for free, but it was not without a fight. After all of these issues, I decided to voice my feedabck to the dealer, Maureen Donnelly. However, she decided to dimiss my complaints and accepted the loss of our business without speaking with me directly! Is that a dealership you want to give your hard earned money to? Are these the people you want working on your vehicle? Are these people you want to do business with? I would expect not. I warn everyone who reads this, avoid this dealership at all costs. It will be nothing but a headache and unpleasant experience. Good luck out there! More
