Hi there, I just got back my 2023 Outlander PHEV from Donnelly Mitsubishi in Kanata, Ontario. I have been having a very annoying but persistent squeaky noise inside the cabin. Matt Hillier and the tec Donnelly Mitsubishi in Kanata, Ontario. I have been having a very annoying but persistent squeaky noise inside the cabin. Matt Hillier and the technicians at the dealer identified the area where the noise was coming from. They however needed to have the dealer bodyshop identify exactly the parts making the noise. At a second attempt that required approval from Mitsubishi Canada to cover a new roof skin, the body technician found some loose welds at passenger side corner roof supports and A pillar and he re-welded them properly. This fixed the issue. I would like to express my gratitude to Matt Hillier of Donnelly Mitsubishi for his persistence with the Donnelly Mitsubishi body shop and Mitsubishi Canada to get to the bottom of the issue. This took over 3 months and Matt offered a loaner car during that period. I am really impressed with great customer service and very professional technicians and customer service. More
