Very dishonest. Sold a SUV with patched tire leaking but would not take full responsibility. Took 4 hours plus for oil change while initially advised 2 hours. We went to dvnl for the first time this past week. We wanted to look at the Lexus SUV’s and test drive one. We were not planning on making a deal on one at that time, but we ended up leasing an RX350 tha wanted to look at the Lexus SUV’s and test drive one. He was so professional, organized, helpful, and respectful, just a genuine nice guy. It made the whole experience so pleasant and joyful getting a new car. He went out of his way to please us. We were so appreciative. He does not use pressure tactics to sell or lease a car, which is so refreshing. He was very understanding, and listened carefully to everything we said. He is very down to earth. We can’t say enough about him. It was a totally stress free experience because of Noor Ahmed. Every detail was looked after by Noor, he did not miss a step. We were not planning to make a deal that day but everything just fell into place for us. For two years we fussed about getting a new car. We looked at several luxury SUV’s but never made a commitment. We saw the car we liked in the showroom at dvnl and then Noor came to assist us. Next thing you know, we are leasing a Lexus RX350 suv.
