Dixie Toyota, 1600 Toyo Cir, Mississauga, ON L4W 0E7 Been doing business with Dixie Toyota for over 10 years now. With my Highlander from 2013, 2017 and the current 2022 model. Had an appointment t 0E7 Been doing business with Dixie Toyota for over 10 years now. With my Highlander from 2013, 2017 and the current 2022 model. Had an appointment to install winter tire on my 2022 Highlander. After couple of days, i have reported to the dealership a vibration issue. A week later comes my appointment to check the vibration issue. Advisor performed initial vehicle check, etc. Told me i have to pay for service to do wheel balancing. Waited. Advisor then informed me of wear and tear on wheels. I've worked with them until advisor mentioned that the winter tire was not bought in Toyota since the size of the rim vs the tire installed do not offered and recommended by Toyota (should they know that in the first time they installed the winter tire in my car?). They even doubt my answer that the tire was purchased from Toyota Dixie dealership together with my previous Highlander purchased/leased from them. Even manager/team leaders doubt my answer until i requested a copy of sale proof from their finance department. Now, my question was, how did the winter tire (been using for 4 season) that they say was not from Toyota, and even not recommended by Toyota was ended up in my Highlander and i was not told until time for replacement?? I have asked the 2 Service Advisors, spoke to Service Team Lead (they’ve sent me a guy from Honda- when i asked for his manager), Team Leader of Parts (again i asked for the manager), sent me to Sales and Leasing Representative, went back to Retention Lead person, forwarded me to Finance and Retention Lead (for copy of sales) then sent me back to Service Advisor and ended up to Sales Team Leader (which is not a pleasant to talk to and even pushes me away since he does not want to hear my side, said i just have to speak to the head office). Spoke to all these people passing me from one another and finger pointing. For 3 hours+ in Toyota dealership speaking with these people and from one office to another. Feels like i was fooled and scammed. No one gave me an answer!! So now, my Highlander from Dixie Toyota dealership has a winter tire (I bought and paid to them when I signed for my car) installed not recommended by Toyota. Now, not sure the risk with my baby and a toddler always with me in the car. So, with the last fiasco, Dixie Toyota breaks my trust with them and I will no longer recommend this dealership. Might seek a legal consultation then. More
I have owned a Toyota for over 40 years and there is no other car! I just bought a Toyota Corolla Croossover and I got EXCELLENT service at Dixie Toyota. Arbitrary Raise Price after signed contract. NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. Contract signed date: November 2021 for 2022 XLE Sienna Sale Rep: Helen N. Sale Manager: Asfandyar Alam Expected deliv NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. Contract signed date: November 2021 for 2022 XLE Sienna Sale Rep: Helen N. Sale Manager: Asfandyar Alam Expected delivery: 01/31/2022 -Wait until 01/31/2022 and no news from Dixie Toyota. Then called sale rep and was told to wait and they have no ETA. -Called again after couple months, still no ETA and sale rep suggested to me to cancel the contract and get my deposit back. I didn't agree since I have waited for many months. -Keep waiting, then received a call from sale rep in early April 2022 saying that my 2022 XLE Sienna will be built soon with the new increased price. If I agree with the new increased price, the car will be delivered end of June 2022. If I don't agree, they will cancel the contract and give back my deposit. I have no choice to agree with the new increased price because I need the new car badly. Otherwise, I have to spend a lot of money to fix up my old car. -Then the car only arrived in August 2022 instead of June 2022. If you have the same situation as me, I suggest you to file a complaint to OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council). More

Just purchased our second vehicle from Frank Serrao of Dixie Toyota who was truly a pleasure to deal with...again! Thanks to the whole team, Alam, Tatyana and Carl (just to name a few) who made the whole Dixie Toyota who was truly a pleasure to deal with...again! Thanks to the whole team, Alam, Tatyana and Carl (just to name a few) who made the whole experience of buying a car for our daughter as fun and simple as the first experience a couple of years ago when we purchased a car for our son. We were so impressed with the first encounter that we even recommended Dixie Toyota to my brother-in-law and his wife who purchased a new vehicle from Frank as well. Thank you all. We will be doing business again in the future. More
We purchased the 2022 Limited Toyota Highlander. We purchased it in February 2022 and was told it was going to come in April 2022. We sold our car (2005 Toyota Corolla) as we were never given any in We purchased it in February 2022 and was told it was going to come in April 2022. We sold our car (2005 Toyota Corolla) as we were never given any indication that the car was delayed. We then called in April and was told the car was not coming in till June. We were really mad as we had sold our family car. Well we ended up getting it in June and was barely given any compensation. We purchased extended warranty and begged for a reduction in that but was given no discount. The day of pick up the customer service rep. gave us a great overview of the car and promised that since we had a bad experience, he guaranteed a great after sales service. We have been trying to get in touch with him (phone and email) to answer a few questions but no response. We then contacted Toyota Canada to get some answers to our questions. We have been Toyota owners since 2005 and are so disappointed with this experience. I would never recommend Dixie Toyota to anyone. More

I dealt with the Fleet Department (B2B) and it was by far the WORST experience in my 32 years of business! EXTREAMLY unprofessional. Ordered a Tacoma and it took 8 months! This is not possible in any real w the WORST experience in my 32 years of business! EXTREAMLY unprofessional. Ordered a Tacoma and it took 8 months! This is not possible in any real world conditions. They barely ever answered my phone calls or emails. Also, gave me BS answers on many questions/enquiries that I made regarding ETA. They also reneged on an pre-agreed upon referral fee stating that the "Management" changed their police due to supply shortage. In my world (and most honorable people), a-deal-is-a-deal! Would recommend that you NEVER do any business with this Toyota Dealership! More
I booked my appointment 2 days ago for oil change and detailing $170 this is the only package they have for detailing top package when I arrive at the dealership am10:15 this is my vehicle because I have detailing $170 this is the only package they have for detailing top package when I arrive at the dealership am10:15 this is my vehicle because I have a kids I know my SUV little bit dirty but not that dirty they said we not able to do the detailing on this price we going to charge you $260 for the detailing I said I already spoke to the person her name is Melanie and I ask her what's the top package you have for detailing she said we used to have three package but now we have only one package which is $170 and it will cover everything inside and all pressure washing and handwashing and stuff like that I said OK but the technician or customer service guy refused to take my vehicle and asked me to wait to talk to the manager but nobody showed up I wait for like 20 minutes then I leave they said yeah you can go we're not able to do it I took the day off today from my work and I told him I will make a Complane OMVIC and google & everywhere he said yeah we don't care do whatever you want to do and he asked me you can go that's not the customer service it's very bad customer service this is my second time I have a problem with this dealership they don't care about customers they are very busy and they don't give a xxxx so please help me out and give them a call or talk to them about this issue I took a day off today it's a common sense if I need to detailing I will not gonna bring the showroom condition car you know im not HAPPY thank you . you can see my appointment and they cancel my appointment in the attachment That's a very inappropriate behaviour. from Erick Advisor More
