Average Since I have an RVR it is not easy to find a service station that has hands on exprience with this model. Especially when it comes to the electronics. Since you're the only ones so far well equipped to service. Besides, I get good and friendly customer service. You guys are always quick with your servicing. Except for one instance where I was misinformed about a pricing over the phone and was given a shock when I turned up for my appointment. The manager was not very helpful and kept saying I am new here. He told me they will check with the lady who gave the wrong information and get back to me, which they never did. More

Battery It was good that the vehicle was taken in right the way. A mechanic was available. Since I was at a dealership I didn't have to wait too long. Michelle darling, you are great, but the way talk about the stone chips in the paint, scratches and little dents, it's feels like an awful thing. There isn't much I can do about things like that. Sorry for having chipped paint. Sometimes it's beyond our control. Also would like to bring up a previous event. Within the first 12 months the back viper was damaged. When I called to enquire about the price I was told how much it would cost to purchase and install. I didn't come in to replace it. When I did come in, and happen to be 16 months after the purchase, I was told it was under warranty for the first 12 months. I was disappointed that no one had mentioned this to me when I called the first time. If they would have said, " I can see you are enquiring about such and such part. Did you know that this part is under warranty? Since it is damaged we would be happy to replace it for you......" This would be 10 out of 10 customer service. More

Yes I did call up before and made up an appointment , and appreciate that Michelle and service team honored the same. Second, besides my regular service, I was given quite a few detailed feedback on other tuneups. Like everyone else, I will spend my buck where it matters most, and I will keep a lookout for good deals to take advantage of the same. And it was important that I was made aware of these tuneups, since typically we tend to overlook the given. Overall service quality highly professional and very helpful. Prices are definitely competitive here.Thank you. More
