I purchased two cars from them, a Murano and a Kicks 2021, and my overall experience is degrading year after year. There is huge change in the sales team, and service quality has gone to rock bottom 2021, and my overall experience is degrading year after year. Sales team after sales team doesn't care of customers who reported feedback to service managers without any luck of a response. I would not purchase my next vehicle in this dealership.
