There is a challenge though, and that's not about Chris, but more with the sales process at Nissan Direct: after I signed and paid a deposit, I was given a long list of potential 'MUST HAVE' add-ons for a lease, each being a 4-digit value!! This part of their process hurt and felt like a hostage upselling. It uined the pleasant experience and potential great long term relationship I was hoping to have with Nissan. The least I would expect is to be treated as a partner and walked along with all that I need to know before I made my first payment - to know what I'm signing up for! More
