Dealing with Ian Woodcock is a pleasure. He gives me excellent service whenever I come in by answering my questions or researching and getting back to me in good time. Always very pleasant and seems to genuinely care about the client. I have been unhappy with the time it has taken the body shop guys to deal with a parts issue following repairs after a car accident. Just getting a return call with updates has been difficult (this has gone on for 3-4 months). Yet, if I called Ian or dropped in to ask him, he got back to me as best he could in an attempt to keep me updated. I realize that this problem has nothing to do with his position but appreciate that he has the professionalism to provide whatever help he can. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for Ian, I would have gone elsewhere for my servicing after my experience trying to get support for the work done on my van following the accident repairs. More
I would highly recommend Mike Thomas to anyone looking for a new or used car. I can honestly say that we didn't feel as though we were being pressured or pushed in any one direction while we were dealing for a new or used car. He helped us find the vehicle we wanted and provided alternatives and points for us to consider along the way. Honestly, I think my family wanted to adopt him at one point. The only point I will mention is that this experience wasn't necessarily duplicated with other sales associates we dealt with at Dilawri. Just picked up my 2013 Dodge Journey SXT on Feb 22nd and I love it already. My salesman (Mike Thomas) was amazing, the custom service I recevied from Mike was incredible, personable and very professional. M I love it already. Even went as far as taking the time to wash my license plate cover before putting it on my new car..... now that's customer service at its best. Got pressured to buy extended warranty (I denied it cause I did not see any value in it due to manufacturers warranty and price was to high). Payed with Cheque , went on vacation to come back after 7days to pick up vehicle and waited 3 hrs due to registration was not done. Got handed ONE key and a defective remote ? being told to drive to the next Chevy dealer it would be warranty covered ! FALSE ! Made them to pay for it not me ! this took 2 more hours , meanwhile sales person who came with me was whining how much money he looses buy guiding me to the Chevy dealership. So I drove off the lot to make a trip to the USA next day, arrived 650 Km later in Philadelphia to find out that tires where hot and de-laminating (tire dealer told me they have been sitting to long in one spot) bought a new set of tires on the spot to drive home. Called Dilawri > being told MY fault ! because I did not signed up for EXTENDED WARRANTY ! What a JERK the Sales Manager is ! So I filed a complaint with the BB Burea with NO result (I guess they are a good paying member to get a sticker on the door at the dealership). The sales Manager accused ME the customer would have damaged the tires ! UNBELIEVABLE !! So with all the !$#!# around the lost a customer,someone who is buying a new car every two years. It would have cost them $ 600 to make a customer happy, this is a nickel and dime company, or better "Penny pincher" . ¦¦¦¦¯_¯_¯_¦¦¦¦ NO BODY DEALS LIKE ! HA HA ¦¦¦¦¯_¯_¯_¦¦¦¦ That's true , NO company has such bad behaviors and business practice ! Since than I also spread the word of their business practice as much as I can , had already 3 friends in the past that where looking at a car at Dilawri and thankfully I could convince them to stay away from such a shabby business. Buying a car is always a risk , checking out the BB Bureau for complaints and what has been solved is a way to start. Asking you friends for recommendations is the better way. My next dealer will be tested the same way : I walk in , I pay basically cash with my MasterCard and get my points with the bank. If they refuse , I will call MasterCard to have the license revoked immediately. Oh BTW I love all the FAKE postings here !! Check there reputation with the BBB Bureau , google for scam , disappointment and rip off with the DILAWRI name in conjunction and you will see what you really get ! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LOL here is the update !! ¦¦¦¦¯_¯_¯_¦¦¦¦ This Business is not BBB Accredited !!¦¦¦¦¯_¯_¯_¦¦¦¦ So I guess they had too many complaints and are tired of getting having the BBB contacting them regarding their practices !! I was on the market for a van for my growing family. I went to other Dodge dealerships which is closer to my home first but did not get the deal I wanted. Then I came to Dilawri Dodge on Hunt Club and Dan went to other Dodge dealerships which is closer to my home first but did not get the deal I wanted. In talking to Ermin and the sales manager Anthony Van Andel we struck a deal that, after shopping arround, felt was a good price on a new Dodge Journey Crew. Both of these gentlemen provided excellent no pressure service. Truly our best buying experience ever. I would highly recommend Dilawri if you are considering a Chrysler product. More
