Wasfi was great to deal with, he was very polite and always went out of his way to help. Eventhough we didnt buy a car on our first visit he did not give up then , he kept calling us and did whatever he always went out of his way to help. It is quite unfortunate that my first ever brand new car purchase was as terrible as this one, Mr. Dano initially seemed more interested in obtaining a $1000 deposit to hold the car as opposed to answering purchase was as terrible as this one, Mr. Dano initially seemed more interested in obtaining a $1000 deposit to hold the car as opposed to answering my questions, I was also mislead as to what my so called "maintenance package" for which I paid over $400+HST for turns out is nothing more than "prepaid oil changes" Bothe the salesman and Finance guy tried upselling me on warranties etc but yet had NO literature for customers (myself) The whole process seemed very rushed, barely had time to read over paperwork was never explained anything about anything, Then when it came time to take possession of the vehicle the car was not ready it didn't have the stickers for the license plate. Also I was told I would receive ALL warranty and extended warranty as well as information on my so called "maintenance plan" in the mail as part of a Chrysler "welcome package" 2 months passed before I received anything and it was some lame pamphlet. Also within about a month I was experiencing issues with the car such as shaking when driving, pulling to the right, engine seemed to struggle when I would accelerate from 100km/h to 120km/h not by stomping the accelerator, the car also had a huge glob of something on the hood as well as massive swirl marks, driver's side front door was scratched and the driver's side passenger door had a chip on the door, The driver's side door was also not aligned properly. I was contacted by a man a week or so after my purchase to inquire about their performance, I gave him all the information about the crap service I got, these people seem to think that your supposed to kiss their xxx because they got you a low percentage rate.. like give me a break! So the man stated I would receive a survey in the mail about Dilawri`s performance... like everything else this never happened. I had asked him to be called back by the General Manager to convey my issues, never received a call. I was dealing with Barrie Hobbs who is the service manager, this man was very kind and patient and took the time to go over my concerns, when my car went in for the first time all other issues were fixed, except the door, I had brought the car back 2 more times and still to this date the issue with the door alignment isn`t fixed, this is when Mr. Hobbs showed his true colours, I was told that I had to bring MY NEW CAR to a bodyshop myself, I was also told by Mr. Hobbs that it is normal for NEW cars to have manufacturers defects but then he added " I am no bodyshop guy" but yet my car is brand new and this company is already bailing on me! typical nonsense! they are nice till they get your money then poof! your nothing! I spent an extra $3000 on extended warranty and $400 for what should have been a maintenance plan. Barry Hobbs promised I would get a call back from the General Manager this week ( week ending of November 22, 2013) Well guess what? I am done with games, I have filed a formal complain with Chrysler Canada Five Star as well as Consumer Protection, Better Business Bureau and OMVIC is next! have fun swimming in paperwork! More

Dan approached me friendly. He understood my requirements for a new car and recommended 2014 Dodge Challenger SXT plus for me. He showed me a 2009 Challenger Srt and helped me to know the car better. The "buying a vehicle process" for me is anything but a pain in the butt, although this time was very easy. I change vehicles very frequent and had not personally dealt with this dealership before. Threw a referral took a test drive of the 2013 and finally a 2014 Ram and fell in love. Proceeded to order one threw Dan Feldman who did an amazing job of helping me threw the process of making sure this was the right vehicle for me. His patience was extremely high as I can be a little anal about everything. I just picked up my truck last night and Paul in finance was especially professional and courteous. It was a very simple and straight forward process. I purchased BMW's an I would say that this dealership has exceeded my expectations compared to what I would have at a High end dealership. I feel like anything that I have an issue with will be dealt with quickly and at a very high level. My experience was awesome and I would only recommend Dilawri for your next Ram purchase. Not pushy, not fake, Graham did not want to talk us into anything, did not advertise … (what kind of salesperson are you, man!?! :) ) instead he mostly listened, seeking the right balance between our wishes, our budget, and their inventory. And he finally did it, giving us quite a sweet deal (well… it's still about the money, right?:), leaving us very happy. What else? My kids loved him, my wife loved him (she does not get out of that Jeep, by the way), we say "Thank you, Graham" any time we pass the dealership. Next time we look for a car, we know the address. What else can I add... Young, smart, intelligent, always there for clients - Graham, you can do really well - I wish you the best of luck in all the endeavours! I received a text message stating that my vehicle was due for service. The lady that confirmed my appointment was extremely accommodating and polite. On the day of my appointment, I was greeted with curtesy and professionalism. I was explained the items that were due for service and the options available. I received a call later in the morning stating that there was an additional proposed service to heighten and extend the life of a specific repair. The car was ready when I presented myself at the dealership at the end of the day. I also requested a copy of the service history for my car and received information only back to 2012. My vehicle was made in June 2011. ?! The only aspect that is not convenient for me is the location and the fact that the return shuttle service has been terminated. Overall, great dealership ! Merci.
