I've been having a issue with my dodge caravan, with that good old check engine light coming on all the time. Went to 3 different dodge dealers to get fixed and Dilawri Chrysler had the magical answer and re good old check engine light coming on all the time. Had an issue with my truck not starting. Called Dilawri on Hunt Club and got it towed there. Guy, the service Advisor there, took me in, diagnosed the issue and called me within 24 hours wit Called Dilawri on Hunt Club and got it towed there. Guy, the service Advisor there, took me in, diagnosed the issue and called me within 24 hours without an appointment to give me a estimate. Poor and unprofessional service and a complete waste of time! I made an offer for a vehicle (kijiji ad) on Monday. Kumar from Jeep on Hunt Club declined my offer and said that anything below the asking time! I made an offer for a vehicle (kijiji ad) on Monday. Kumar from Jeep on Hunt Club declined my offer and said that anything below the asking price, he will advise me to come in and to put an offer on the table. On Tuesday morning, I received an email from Kumar informing me that if I am able to come in today to put the offer on the table at the dealership. I booked an appointment with him for 6pm to finalize the deal. When I went to the dealership in the evening I met with Blair and Kumar. Blair invited me to take the car for a spin and I decided to buy it. I pointed out to Blair that the price on the paperwork is not what Kumar and I agreed on. After waiting a few minutes, Kumar told me the manager is not accepting my offer and he can’t do anything about it. I told him you were already aware of my offer and you contacted me this morning and asked me to come in to the dealership to finalize the deal. If your manager didn’t (or was not going to) accept the offer, why did you contact me? Why did you ask me to come in to the dealership? Of course I didn’t get any answer. He then started talking about something totally irrelevant like the price of the vehicle may increase next week, and if I can increase my down payment. Seriously? What happened was not acceptable, unprofessional and irresponsible. Do yourself a favour and go to any other dealerships who can appreciate your business and stand by their words! More
Brought my new 2021 Dodge Ram pickup truck for an oil change and a tire change with a wheel balance at Dilawri Chrysler Hunt Club location. Even though I had an appointment it took almost 3 hours. 1) M change and a tire change with a wheel balance at Dilawri Chrysler Hunt Club location. Even though I had an appointment it took almost 3 hours. 1) My vehicle finally returned from the mechanic pit with damage ! 2) 4 tires on rims were simply tossed in every direction in my rear cargo box, instead of place neatly, as per my request therefore the Service Advisor noted on work order. 3) Tire pressure was never performed. 4) Oil/Greace/Dirt was left on my leather console. 5) Even had 1 chewing gum taken/stolen out of a new unopened chewing gum pack. 6) Radio was turned on and on a station that I never listen too. 7) Top off Washer Fluid was not done. I returned the following morning to address my complaint to the service manager Jessica Andrews and she made me feel like she couldn't be bothered. * Customer highly disgusted and upset ! Very angry that I purchased my vehicle from this dealership ! More

Went to get brand new winter tires installed at a garage that has been in business over 40 years that I used for years. They said lower ball joints done so he will not install tires because he can not guara that has been in business over 40 years that I used for years. They said lower ball joints done so he will not install tires because he can not guarantee tires because in approx 1000km they tire will be done(shop can see damage to my tires I have on now, and when I drive truck I can feel it is the front end) & (the shop knows I have extended warranty on truck and has 0 to gain if I get them changed or not) And Dodge charged me 84.19$ to inspect said they are ok. So bring truck home and check myself and they are done. take to dodge and they say they are within the limit and will not change ( within limit meaning what? they will need to be changed in a month or two, another trip to Ottawa, another lost day of work, another set of front winter tires) . I paid 6000$ for extended warranty and they charge you to look at vehicle with warranty and now it will cost me 551 each side to change myself. sad. Just sad. DO NOT GET EXTENDED WARRANTY ITS A TRAP. Very upset right now. More
complain about your sales,who is sitting at front of the main entrance。i came early today to take a look on 2021 pacifica。he told me he only have one in stock。then we went out for a look。after i took a look main entrance。i came early today to take a look on 2021 pacifica。he told me he only have one in stock。then we went out for a look。after i took a look inside of the car,i very like the materials,then i said may i take a drive?this sale man became very rude。He askes me how i gotta pay for this car,blablabla。ok,i know this guy from the beginning didnot like me,he thought i was not gotta buy it。Anyway,i told me i wasngoing to do finance for the car。then i told him i want to buy limited edition,but they only have touring plus。what i think is ,the result will be the same if i drive them on the road,becuase i never tried this car before,so i have to do it before i pay for a new one。this is normal for purchasing a car。am i right?after that,this sales became more rude,he refused me to drive this car。he said if i am notngoing to buy this car,then i cannt drive it。alsonhe said i might go somewhere else to buy it,not from him。what?i didnot say that at all,but he made this story。really funny。i was going to take a drive,and come back to order a new one from him at the beginning,but now,i changed my mind,this guy doesnot know how to sale。xxxxxxxx。how do you guys hire a sale like him?ridiculous!!
