Shuttle Service Dilawri has shuttle service FROM the dealership to your destination. There is NO SERVICE provided to pick you up from your destination and return you Dilawri has shuttle service FROM the dealership to your destination. There is NO SERVICE provided to pick you up from your destination and return you to the dealership to pick up your vehicle. Many other dealerships - including other Chrysler dealerships - offer this service. For me to go from home to Dilawri requires a 90 minute bus ride AND a 15 minute walk (there is no bus service closer than 15 minutes walking to Dilawri). Not something I would look forward to in winter. Unless Dilawri is to change and offer return shuttle service, I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. I will likely have my Chrysler service ing on my 2014 Grand Caravan performed by a Chrysler dealership that does offer a return shuttle. Pity Dilawri doesn't offer this service. The service advisor, Ian Woodcock is professional and very courteous. More
