The entries were never disclosed to me during the buying process, I'd never have bought the vehicle if they had been. I went to the dealership to seek a resolution and all I was told was "we'll see you in court". Take your money elsewhere, don't do business with these people. More

Worst dealership I have ever done business with. After not being able to deliver the vehicle I was to buy, I still cannot get my deposit back. Put a deposit on a vehicle…was working out details on extended warranty…then they notified me that the vehicle was no longer for sale…no explanation at all..then they said I had to wait for my deposit to extended warranty…then they notified me that the vehicle was no longer for sale…no explanation at all..then they said I had to wait for my deposit to come in the mail..even though I paid with a visa….very unprofessional…I have never experienced this type of service before..beware!!! Purchased my 5th car here in Feb 2021. It is a Ram 1500 truck. On day one after delivery, I noticed a malfunction in the auto-lights system. I took the truck back and they promised they wo It is a Ram 1500 truck. On day one after delivery, I noticed a malfunction in the auto-lights system. I took the truck back and they promised they would fix it. We are now Sep 2022, and still no resolution. I paid the price of a new truck, but got one that was malfunctioning. They say that DCA doesn't have a fix, and there's nothing they can do about it. Through research and hours of work, I was able to repair the malfunction myself. However, this was not repaired for nearly 8 months after purchasing the vehicle. Multiple emails to managers and regional managers yielded nothing. There was a 14-month period where they simply weren't answering my emails at all. I guess they figured if they ignored me, the problem would go away on it's own. To this day, DCA still doesn't have a fix for this problem that is plaguing a large number of Ram owners. When I purchased the truck, I paid (was obligated to) for a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection). This PDI was supposed to have been done, and would have detected this problem before delivery. So, either their PDI tech was not sufficiently competent to detect malfunctions, or the PDI was not conducted at all, which would imply that they took money from me for a service they never rendered. If I am not mistaken, I believe that is theft. So now the dealership is refusing to compensate me for my time (to fix the issue that was under warranty), or to reimburse me for the PDI they never did (or did poorly). I am not asking for much. They would not hesitate to charge me if the situation was reversed. Considering the number of vehicles I have purchased there, I am quite disappointed that they would treat me this way. I have been nothing but patient, courteous, polite and respectful towards them during this whole ordeal. I will never purchase any vehicles there again after this. They seem to be really good at alienating their repeat customers. Granted, no one is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes, but their actions and words were intentional. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP, or any other dealership under the Dilawri name. They are only nice to you until they have your money, then it's ALL downhill from there. More
