I took my wife's 2011 Honda CRV LX for a recall work and was pleasantly surprised to get a top notch work done on it. Because of the length of the work involved I was ferried back and fro to my home . Danny was pleasantly surprised to get a top notch work done on it. When it came time for me to pick up the CRV , I was very impressed with the wonderful car wash both exterior and interior done on it . Such wonderful service doesn't go unnoticed ! And not a penny out of pocket ! I highly recommend this Dealership service department for your repair needs whatever it may be . Thank you very much as you exceeded my expectation ! More
I have to say this was probably the worst dealership experience I encountered. The vehicle was not repaired as agreed on pick up day. In mater of fact the salesperson assured the chips on the windshield experience I encountered. The vehicle was not repaired as agreed on pick up day. In mater of fact the salesperson assured the chips on the windshield were repaired until I checked (no rocket science just visual inspection and my finger feeling the surface). It was clear that they were not repaired… The excuse I got was that he was “not a glass expert”. And then I get an inspection report stating that all four tires are new when in fact only two were new. I understand people make mistake but BUYER’s BEWARE! More
From the start of my appointment to the frustrating finish. Miscommunication within their own staff. Be warned If your car issue does not fit within one of their maintenance packages, it will short circuits there ability to diagnose problems with one of their own cars models. More
