Destination Honda Burnaby

I purchased my 2003 Honda Element from HAPPY HONDA up on Hastings brand new and have only had HONDA work on my Element. When they moved to Lougheed and Madison and became Destination Honda, I followed and Hastings brand new and have only had HONDA work on my Element. When they moved to Lougheed and Madison and became Destination Honda, I followed and have been treated great everytime I bring my Element in for servicing. Kudos to Ronald B and Sam who greet me by name each time I enter the Service Department. They provide UBER service to get me home and pick me up when my Element is ready for pickup! More

Worst customer service ever! I called them to inquire about oil change service, and the customer representative's attitude was so poor and unhelpful. I made the same inquiry at the OpenRoad Honda Burnaby branch, and the customer representative there was extremely helpful and offered to look up information using different methods. What a huge difference in customer service! Would never be back for anything. More

From the moment we arrived to view the car we had seen on-line their reception was prompt and connected us with Andy Zhao (sales) who helped us with a friendly, professional approach.. asking us about our needs, answered our questions and gave us advise/suggestions. We felt he valued us as customers, did not use high pressure and this (along with loving the vehicle we selected) made us not only want to purchase but have an ongoing relationship with Destination Honda. Andy was terrific - and a pleasure to do business with. The supporting staff - Sandra/Jeremy (financial managers) who helped with all the final paperwork - were also friendly, professional and very efficient. They also embraced that "relationship" mindset and we left feeling great about our buying decision. I am sure there are others that supported the deal that we didn't meet - but overall it was a wonderful experience.
