Worse car dealer Service Bought a Jaguar from Decarie Motors, had an exceptional service from the sales rep. Paolo Rizzo, but the worse ever service from the Service Dept head Bought a Jaguar from Decarie Motors, had an exceptional service from the sales rep. Paolo Rizzo, but the worse ever service from the Service Dept headed by Chris Kaleli. The service team have very poor interpersonal skills, no notion of customer service, they are very badly organized ( never got the car back the same day even for a simple tire change with an appointed scheduled a month prior....) and above all unprofessional. Very disappointing for a high end luxury car service.... I definitely do not recommend them... More

I called Decarie Motors to ask about their service because they are closer to my house a I had found a great deal on a 2015 Evoque at another dealer. I called Decarie Motors to ask about their service because they are closer to my house and ended up talking to a sales guy instead, Nicolas who was great. He told me about all the changes from 2015 versus 2016 , thing that the other dealer did not do. The 2016 was more expensive, but I really appreciated their personalized service so I ended buying a 2016 car with them. Thank you Nicolas and the team. Great job, keep it up! More

Do not leave deposit with this dealership I left a deposit for Range Rover Sport with Paolo who pretended that he was a friend and would return my money if did not like the truck . The truck a I left a deposit for Range Rover Sport with Paolo who pretended that he was a friend and would return my money if did not like the truck . The truck arrived and it wasn't what I thought would be and requested for my deposit back after two visits . He tried to convince me and push me to accept what he had in stock by giving me long deliveries for what I wanted but after all it did not work . So when I asked for my deposit back , he and his manager declined due to wasting their time . The truck was on its way for the dealership and was not ordered specifically for me but yet they think they have to right to seize my deposit . Do not trust what they say . I have had Luxery cars all my life and never have I been treated in this manner . Thankfully , there is a consumer protection law and they will hear from me soon . Remember , leave a deposit only when you see the car and do not trust what they say . More
