I was very pleased with the treatment and service I got when I brought my car in for a repair. The majority of the people I talked to on the phone were very accommodating with requests! I had to wait for a part that was ordered by salesperson too arrive, so I was told that it would be at least three weeks before you would see it so we made an appointment with this in mind! Then I received a phone call from the parts department that it had arrived early. So I called the service department to see if I could get in earlier and was told no problem! I was also given a courtesy car which actually changed my opinion of electric vehicles! I still wouldn't have one unless I lived in town ( range anxiety)! I would like to send out a special thank you to Dan McCauley. He is quite frankly the person who has helped make my Dearborn experience very great! More
