Hi I think you need a better manager to take care of customers and look after customers to keep them happy don't give them the mouth talk up like a mad guy that is not really permitted to talk to your c customers and look after customers to keep them happy don't give them the mouth talk up like a mad guy that is not really permitted to talk to your customer like the one in Tillsonburg at GM does plus they need better mechanics that they can find a vibration on a 2019 suburban that makes me pretty sad to see. How poor mechanics the have for the GM to see that they can't even fix or fine a problem and they are GM dealer I wish I could talk to the GM dealer owner from tillsburg he needs to know what a poor manager he has there.that is coming in Monday morning. having an appointment for a customer and send the customer right straight home and say I do not take that van in here. Go figure. More

I have known these two people for near 40 year I just purchased my 2nd truck from this dealership, with assistance of Frank Voros and Rose Cunningham. I have known these two people for near 40 years and it is always a pleasure to see and deal with them both. Both Frank and Rose go out of their way to bring the best deal to the table, with a friendly smile and a great attitude. The friendly manner doesn’t end after a purchase, the service staff are also quite friendly, and always return a happy greeting with the same. The seat had never been adjusted and truck only has 38,000 km. they informed me that there was no warranty and the part would be $ 1000.00 installed. After thinking I was having it repaired I was sent away with a quotation. I still have a seat that won't adjust and no idea of what to do. I thought it was in good hands, guess I was wrong. More

Dropped my car off because i had a free oil change through gm. While I was dropping it off there was a guy in the service department being extremely rude to another customer. They gave me a loaner car for the day (which is great) however it was a piece of junk and disgustingly dirty on the inside. Also had NO gas in it. Upon picking my car up, the "oil life remaining" on my dash was still reading the same percent as when I dropped it off and there was no sticker saying when it would be due for the next oil change. Which leaves me wondering if they even changed it since they weren't getting any money out of me as it was a deal through gm. Buying my vehicle there was a good experience but I will never get IT serviced there again. More
Worst Service Departement Ever Went in for a safety, was told needed to fix sub-frame & Windshield wiper hose. take the car home, fix what was on the written list (these 2 items). Went in for a safety, was told needed to fix sub-frame & Windshield wiper hose. take the car home, fix what was on the written list (these 2 items). when I took the car back, a different mechanic looked @ it and added, rear brakes- drums & pads, sub-frame to be replace, all brake lines. I was upset because I had already spent $150 into fixing the sub-frame, all cash out the window! then, they wanted to charge another $92 for a 2nd "inspection" More

The quality of installation was pathetic and the breaks leaked bad with the lines rubbing on the frame, rear diff, main fuel line!, as well as the brake fittings leaking and rubbing against the other lines right below the brake reservoir. Overall its cost well over $2000 because Degroote will not honour the 12 months parts warranty for installing bad parts as well the workmanship looked like a amateur technician install yet I demanded a certified technician. They refuse to even understand my situation and I have all the bills of proof and pictures. I would Recommend that you NEVER go to this dealership unless you want poor service. I'm $2000 in debt because of you Degroote I hope you get your Karma you all deserve More
