In February I had purchased my first vehicle a new 2011 In February I had purchased my first vehicle a new 2011 Sierra Extended Cab SLT. My initial impressions of this dealership were slightly tarnished by the fact that the two advertised vehicles I had come to look at were not available - one was away from the dealership, whilst the keys t tarnished by the fact that the two advertised vehicles I had come to look at were not available - one was away from the dealership, whilst the keys to the other were locked in a toolbox. Admittedly I had not made an appointment to view them, but I think it is reasonable to expect an advertised vehicle to be available for a potential customer to view. Having said that, once I had made an appointment, my next experience at the dealership was vastly improved. The sales representatives I dealt with took the time to explain the features of the vehicles I was interested in, but were most certainly not "pushy", which was a welcome change from my experiences with other dealerships. From the point where I decided to purchase one of the vehicles, the sales process was handled swiftly and efficiently. Within 24hours of making the decision I was driving home in my new vehicle.
