Justin was great, I told him the wish list I wanted for a truck and even though he had to bring one in from another dealer he worked at it, found it, and got me what I wanted! I had a battery charging problem with my truck on Monday afternooon and I went into the Davis service department where I get all my services done and talked to Christy about getting it in the next day first afternooon and I went into the Davis service department where I get all my services done and talked to Christy about getting it in the next day first thing because I had to leave for Calgary by 9:00 am. Christy was so accommodating and great to deal with, she set me up with an appointment at 7:00 am Tuesday . I showed up at 6:30 am on the Tuesday and the doors were still locked, I saw Christy arrive at work and start to open up the service entrance for the day, as soon as she got the doors open she took me in before the service department was to open for the day and I met the mechanic and discribed the problem to him and my truck was whisked away, into the repair shop, within a half hour I was on my way. I can't say enough about the great service that I have always received at Davis from the oil change bay to the tire shop to Christy in the service department, Thanks so much for the great service One happy customer Gary Huffman More

My husband and I immigrated from Ireland to Alberta in June this year and we contacted tony with a tight set of parameters for our first purchase of a vehicle in Alberta. He found us a superb used truck, exactly what we were looking for and well within our price range .. We were so so happy with his standard of service and his genuine friendliness :) .. A few days later we made the drive to medicine hat to test drive and check out our intended truck. On this day we met with Allan and again superb customer service. He was what we say in Ireland , an open book , straight about every spec on the truck , helpful, polite , friendly , had a genuine interest in us and never did we feel once tht we were getting a salesman rehearsed pitch. He was a super guy to deal with and could not do enough for us. We really really appreciate your help, your professional service, your excellent customer care. You are both great guys and we would have no hesitation in recommending you to a friend. For our future purchases we will be back to you company!! I have had bad experiences with car sales personell and was skeptical of going again. Tony however was much different! He was great at keeping me updated and communicating, He worked well with me to get me was skeptical of going again. Tony however was much different! Tony had told me that he is a very busy person at Davis GMC and always made time for my later visits and was very polite.Working with Tony to get the vehicle i wanted was painless as well. He allowed me to test drive a few vehicles and was very efficient at his job. I recomend him as a sales representative to anyone who is out looking for a new vehicle. As for other member of the team who i dealt with they were all really informed on the situation and were very friendly people! My 1999 GMC Sierra 1500 has a major engine problem and is undriveable.I was in need of a new vehicle that met my needs when I happen to drop into Davis.When I spoke with Julie I was mostly looking for info o undriveable.I was in need of a new vehicle that met my needs when I happen to drop into Davis.When I spoke with Julie I was mostly looking for info on costs for my spec's because I was on my way to Jackson Dodge to speak with a salesperson there that I spoke to the day before.Her friendliness,knowledge and attitude were excellent and as we walked the lot she showed me several trucks that were suitable and gave me detailed info on each of them. There was one that had everything I wanted and more so she told me to test drive it and see how I felt.On the road test I instantly loved the truck and was impressed with it.When I came back Julie worked hard to get me into the truck and was succeeded.The price they gave me made it impossible to say no.Irene in finance got me in, approved and out amazingly quick so my wife and I could go and enjoy my new truck.I will DEFINETELY recommend Julie and the rest of the Davis crew to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I am so thrilled that I dropped in there because afterwards there was no reason to go to Jackson except to show of my new GMC to them!! More

We were looking for an oil change on our Class A motorhome. After calling a few places in MH, we decided to go to the GMC dealership since they could get us in the day we came into town and we have motorhome. After calling a few places in MH, we decided to go to the GMC dealership since they could get us in the day we came into town and we have an 8.1 liter Vortec engine. When arriving, we talked to Rob Jack and he said we had a couple of customers ahead of us and it may be a while. He apologized for the wait. The service was done quickly and efficiently as I watched. Rob said he was having system problems and could not get a bill for me so he said the service was on the house. The next day we returned and paid the bill, which I found out later that Rob was going to pay it out of his own pocket. Now that’s customer service! We are from Sacramento, California and would return to Davis GMC, Medicine Hat on a return trip to Canada. Many thanks to Rob Jack and his excellent Service Team! My husband and I went to the Davis dealership in Medicine Hat. He was interested in a certain truck. We were there for about 4 mins. and a wonderful lady approached us. Her name was Julie Heckbert. She knew her job and went above and beyond that. She answered every question that we had, and we felt we could trust her. She intuduced us to a few people along the way in regards to our purchase. Irene Truscott was one of them. Irene made us feel very comfortable and she is someone you could just relate to. She also is a "keeper". Both of these ladies are very good employees and you are lucky to have them. Also on our journey, we meet John Corlett, Kristen McRae, Marty (from parts), (where my husband just has to continue shopping). Rob Jack was the last person we met. We felt he was very outgoing and knew his job well. He was very pleasant and seemed genuine in meeting us and showing us his office. Overall, you guys have some awesome people working with you and working for you. I hope you treat them right cause we think they did an overall good job. Don't let them get away.
