We were going to kill some time by looking at vehicles and the first dealership we came to was Davis G.M.C. After looking at trucks ourselves, we spoke with Dave Giesbrecht, who answered our questions and with much patience and knowledge, showed us our new truck. The price of the truck was great and the G.M.C. discount made the price even better. Davis management even agreed to certain incentivies if we bought the truck. Everyone at Davis were very friendly and stopped to talk to us. The dealership very clean and organized. We cannot thank Dave and Robin enough for making out buying experience as smooth and stress free as it was. Service was front and center before we even started to look at new vehicles on the lot. He made sure we were set up with a sales rep that he felt would be best suited to us. He was right and she did a marvelous job working us through the process while we considered a number of options. At the end of the day the financial services manager completed the deal by being available when we were available to complete the transaction. I have not had our new vehicle a week yet and all staff have been checking and seeing what else can be done to make our experience that much better. More

Jamie made sure it was all detailed and ready for me when I arrived in Medicine Hat the Saturday that I picked it up . The staff was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured into buying any extras when I was going through all the paperwork with Robin.
