James was extremely accomadating, answering questions even when not at work, and allowed us to test drive vehicles for multiple days in order to make sure we really liked the vehicle. He definitely knows his product (and most of the competitiors) with strong knowledge of which model lines had which options. We made a final deal well after closing time on a Saturday and John, James, and Nancy all stayed late to make sure we got the deal done. John personally spoke to us about how important we were to them as customers and how happy Davis was to retain our business, throwing in the final extra incentive to close the deal. Purchase of 2015 Buick Encore I had been planning to downsize from my current vehicle a 2012 GMC sierra. I met with James Ferland on this past Friday and he took me through the var I had been planning to downsize from my current vehicle a 2012 GMC sierra. I met with James Ferland on this past Friday and he took me through the various packages available on the new Encore. I test drove the vehicle and ended up having it for the night. I was impressed with James's professionalism and the effort he made to ensure I got what I was looking for. Nancy in the finance office was a pleasure to work with. Great dealership who put the customer first I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and would recommend them to anyone as they go above and beyond what they need to do. They did make some I have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership and would recommend them to anyone as they go above and beyond what they need to do. They did make some mistakes with my last vehicle but were more than willing to accommodate me and fix them. Also I was 2 payments behind (due to an illness) and they were even willing to work with me on them. However I was a jerk and was very ignorant and in the end I had my vehicle repossessed. The point I am trying to make here is I know exactly how bad I treated some of the staff there over the last few weeks and no matter what, they tried to work things out but I kept being pigheaded. I even had a great conversation with the owner Mr. Davis this morning and it was great and in the end he was a true professional about all the stuff that has occurred. At the end of the day this is a great dealership and I guarantee if you purchase a vehicle here you wont be disappointed. More
