He then introduced me to Duncan who also did an excellent job showing the deals that I qualified for and quickly had the pricing clearly figured out. Finally, Shayne introduced me to Justin who took care of my credit application and spelled out in a very clear and understandable method how the financing would be completed. Before I left the dealership with my new truck, Shayne walked me through the building and introduced me to the different departments so I knew who to see and what to expect from each of them. This was my fourth purchase from Davis GMC, and the experience this time was equally as good as on previous occasions. Maybe even more so, because my wife was an active participant in this one too! From my first visit just to take a look at the new Acadia a couple of weeks ago, with Ian Knell, to taking delivery yesterday with Robert Tuck, everyone I encountered at Davis GMC went out of their way to help. This is why I keep coming back! Robert was great, finding the car with the specifications I wanted, and taking the time to show me all the gadgets of the Acadia before I drove away in it. Special shout-out to Justin Bossence who made the deal so easy - transferring my old Terrain over to my wife, trading-in her Kia Soul, and of course arranging a great financing deal for us. Happy New GMC owner I had been looking to downsize from my Tundra for awhile. There was a Canyon on display in front of the dealership. It was love at first site. Shayne was really easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I felt at ease right away and not pressured at all. Truck sold. Justin in finance was equally friendly. When I picked up the truck a few days later, Shayne was still just as welcoming. He took the time to go over my new Truck, the dealership layout and made sure I was comfortable with the new purchase. Above and beyond customer service My spouse was in the Market to get a larger SUV for our growing family. Sheila was able to locate her a used vehicle from one of their other locations as the Brand new model was great!!!! But out of her comfort zone on price right now. Sheila was able to have her set up financing over the phone, which was convenient having a new born baby at home. Upon getting the vehicle that suited her needs to MedicineHat. To her delight Sheila brought it by the house so she could see it. This was a great suprise and very much appreciated. Once everything was in order, Sheila delivered the vehicle to the house and went through the vehicle with her.
