Great customer service I searched the internet for over a year for a specific car and am very pleased to have found it at Davis. After numerous discussions over the phone I I searched the internet for over a year for a specific car and am very pleased to have found it at Davis. After numerous discussions over the phone I was confident I had found the right car and the right dealership. I drove 8 hours to make the deal and was greeted by a very professional receptionist who contacted Spencer to let him know I was there. Spencer was great to deal with, very professional and did not come across as the stereotypical "car salesman". The entire experience was very professional, polite and respectful. Dealing with Russell in Finance was straightforward and he took time to explain all of our options.
