I have always had great service at Davis, but this time I took my vehicle in at 8:30 for a scheduled appointment for a warranty issue. I called at noon & Mark said it was just going in. I called at 2:00 and he said it was just going in and would for sure be ready by 4:30. I stopped by at 4:15 and it had just gone in and wasn't finished until 5:00. Don't Lie to me! Tell me that it hadn't gone In and Apologize. Not sure why I took it In at 8:30 either! I could have used it almost all day if it wasn't going in until 4:00. Be up front with me the customer! More

My service advisor, Jordan Jones, explained everything very clearly to me, so even with my limited understanding of engines/vehicles I was able to get a clear picture of the issues. I would like to thank all the folks I dealt with today especially Kyle who worked through his lunch hour to install a new car battery and cabin air filter for me. I was not able to drop my car off this morning as scheduled due to the snow storm, but the service department was able to fit me in over the lunch hour - that's great service! The final bill was reasonable for parts and labour - and after waiting for a tow truck and then shovelling a ton of snow already this morning, I appreciate getting so easily back on the road. My husband and I had been wanting to purchase a vehicle for a few months and had tried to do our homework in regards to exactly what we wanted. We had visited a couple other dealerships but neither of them had the vehicle that we were looking for. We had found what we were interested in online and ended up at Davis Chev in Airdrie to purchase. Much to our surprise, this was a very pleasurable experience! Dwayne trusted that we were intelligent enough to make our own decisions, yet presented us all the options. It was a relaxed and informative meeting, and resulted in us driving away in our new vehicle. Not only did we make the decision to purchase our 2013 Terrain, we also decided who we will call next time we need a vehicle. More

I got the product i wanted at a price that was better than anyother quoted. Graham reserched my requirements and came up with a better alternative at a better price. The service department at Davis called my wife to set up an appointment to do an oil change and tire rotation on her 2013 Cruze two weeks ago. I took her car in to Davis for the appointment at the time they an appointment to do an oil change and tire rotation on her 2013 Cruze two weeks ago. I took her car in to Davis for the appointment at the time they had set up. When I got there I was met by a very grumpy seeming lady who seemed confused about how to operate the service program on her computer. Once she got the information from the odometer she made a work order and said as few words a possible to me. She asked if I would be waiting for the car to be completed and I said I would, at which point she told me that there was no techs ready to begin work on my wife's car despite having an appointment. As a result of there being no one ready to start work at the appointed hour I would need to wait for a half hour for the work to start then a half hour to forty five minutes for the work to be finished. I thought it was a little bit odd that I was told that no one was ready to do scheduled work but I went to the waiting area wait. After two hours with no updates from the staff I went to ask if the car was almost done. Mark said he would check it out for me, telling me that only the tire rotation was left and it should be about ten minutes. Forty five minutes later he came to tell me that the work was done. To be entirely fair at this point I was not a very easy customer. I was tried of waiting and a bit angry that there had been several customers come and go while I waited for a simple oil change and tire rotation. He apologized for the delay and said that he gave me the regular price on the oil change. I told him that my wife had the Davis rewards program and asked what that was for as I was under the impression that oil changes were included in that program. He looked at the work order that the lady I dealt with that morning had made up and said that he didn't see the rewards program on his paper but I could call my wife and ask if she was sure she had the Davis rewards program. I would have hoped that he would have checked the computer in front of him, or put forth some kind of effort, before telling me I was wrong. At that point I just wanted to get on with my day so I paid the $94.50 for the basic oil change and tire rotation and left. It was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had anywhere, and I hope that most people have a better time with this dealership than I did. More
