First visit to the service dept after my appointment was postponed and rebooked. Shuttle driver drove me home in a FILTHY car. Why is this? Although this driver is retiring in 60 days perhaps another one of the duties he should perform is to wash the car. The advisor ( Jordon ) assured me I would hear from him by 3 o'clock this afternoon. It is now 3:40 - no word yet. I have called the dealership and left him a message to call me. I was still listed as a wait in the computer system although I had spoken to Mark and we agreed on a shuttle ride home and back. Because of this the advisor, at first tried to reschedule some of the work that was to be done. Just heard from Jordan - the technician is now just working on my car. It has been there since 10 this morning. Seems there is some scheduling problems .... He says the driver will be here to pick me up at 4:30 - I hope he's right. More
As a new residence of Airdrie, I was happy to discover that there was a Chevrolet dealership in close proximity to my home. I felt Davis Chevrolet was ideal, for servicing my daughter’s vehicle, a 2008 eq that there was a Chevrolet dealership in close proximity to my home. I felt Davis Chevrolet was ideal, for servicing my daughter’s vehicle, a 2008 equinox, and as we plan to purchase a new vehicle, it was our intention to use the local dealership. My daughter was very pleased to find friendly and helpful staff, when she was booking an appointment for her equinox. She booked her vehicle in for service on Monday, February 24 at 9:30 AM. Because I was in the area, I dropped her vehicle off early on the 24th. The service representative informed me that they would check over my vehicle and phone me if there were any problems. When I didn't receive a call from the service department, I called at approximately 3 PM for an update. Since Jordan was not available I left a message with service advisor who said that she would pass the message and have Jordan call me, no one returned my call. My daughter arrived home at approximately 4 PM and phoned, the dealership, she was told that there was a backlog in service and that they did not have the opportunity to service her vehicle. They asked if they could keep the vehicle onto the following day and they would perform the necessary service. My daughter agreed to this arrangement. I expected to receive a call from the service department on the morning of 25 February. When I did not receive any calls. I sent an email to Jordan 11:15 requesting status on my vehicle. He responded at 1140 saying that my vehicle was the next one to go into the shop. I called the service department at approximately 3 PM, with the intent of getting an update. The receptionist told me that Jordan not available, but that she would take a message and have him call me back. Jordan returned my call. At approximately 4 PM my daughter arrived home from work and phoned the service department. She spoke with Jordan who told her that there was a backlog in service and that they had not been able to get the vehicle in for servicing. My daughter told Jordan she would come and pick up her vehicle. Jordan said that he would put the keys inside the vehicle. I believe wholeheartedly in supporting local businesses. But I will not support a business that does not perform. I will gladly go elsewhere, when looking for service, from this point onward, I will take my business to Calgary. Davis Chevrolet had my vehicle for almost 2 full days and was unable/unwilling to perform minor maintenance. The person who sold me the bulb indicated all I had to do was remove the existing bulb and replace it. As it turned out I needed some tools to do this, as the headlight assembly had to be removed. As I did not have the required tools, I returned to the Dealership to make a service appointment. Mark was great. He grabbed the necessary tools and within ten minutes he had the bulb replaced. Please pass on to Mark my sincere appreciation for his assistance, as he would not accept payment. This is the third time that I have received excellent service at your store, and I will be returning. John Davies More
I have always had great service at Davis, but this time I took my vehicle in at 8:30 for a scheduled appointment for a warranty issue. I called at noon & Mark said it was just going in. I called at 2:00 and he said it was just going in and would for sure be ready by 4:30. I stopped by at 4:15 and it had just gone in and wasn't finished until 5:00. Don't Lie to me! Tell me that it hadn't gone In and Apologize. Not sure why I took it In at 8:30 either! I could have used it almost all day if it wasn't going in until 4:00. Be up front with me the customer! More

Once she found me the perfect truck, she facilitated the installation of the extra parts I had ordered and had all the work done days before I expected it to be ready. My service advisor, Jordan Jones, explained everything very clearly to me, so even with my limited understanding of engines/vehicles I was able to get a clear picture of the issues. I would like to thank all the folks I dealt with today especially Kyle who worked through his lunch hour to install a new car battery and cabin air filter for me. I was not able to drop my car off this morning as scheduled due to the snow storm, but the service department was able to fit me in over the lunch hour - that's great service! The final bill was reasonable for parts and labour - and after waiting for a tow truck and then shovelling a ton of snow already this morning, I appreciate getting so easily back on the road. We had found what we were interested in online and ended up at Davis Chev in Airdrie to purchase. Much to our surprise, this was a very pleasurable experience! Dwayne trusted that we were intelligent enough to make our own decisions, yet presented us all the options. It was a relaxed and informative meeting, and resulted in us driving away in our new vehicle. Not only did we make the decision to purchase our 2013 Terrain, we also decided who we will call next time we need a vehicle. More
