I really enjoyed working with Andre through the process from start to finish. Andre worked really hard to find me my dream vehicle with the specs I was looking for. He was very polite and I never felt that salesman pressure while working with him. I was in contact with him often throughout the week, which allowed me to feel confident that he hadn't forgotten about me. I had no vehicle at the time and he was very flexible with coming to pick me up for test drives no matter where I was in Airdrie at that time--haha. The day I picked up my new SUV (2014 Ford Escape) went very smoothly. The staff saved me time by picking up my plate (again, I had no car at this time). Andre took me on a tour of the dealership so I knew right where to go when I came for service appointments and he ran through the vehicle's many amazing features with me before I left. I can not thank Clair enough for her efforts in assisting me and solving my problem clearing up someone else's screw up. Everyone else I spoke to told me they couldn't help me because of the length of time involved, however Clair found a way to assist me even though the problem was caused with someone not doing their job correctly 12 years ago. WTG Clair, its obvious that Clair genuinely wants to help and assist customers. More
