Too long a story to write down for the background, but they both grabbed the bull by the horns, and made sure we were taken care of. My wife has her baby (vehicle) back, and it is running like new again. When we are looking for a new vehicle, we will be sure to give them a shot at our business. Cylinder 1 Misfire > PCV Pullover 2012 Sierra 5.3 Ltr. Great service and friendly staff keeps me returning. Seems I may have a PCV Pullover issue that may not be resolved. Mr. Todd Fisette the Shop foreman was very helpful in explaining the issue and provided me with a bulletin and a no charge revisit to see how the Number 1cylinder plug is doing after 20 thousand kms. Thank you Todd. Seems my 5.3 Ltr. V8 is not as bullet proof as I thought. The element of doubt and reliability has been planted in my mind unfortunately. Great service and friendly staff will have a challenge overcoming my mindset. In hindsight had I known about this issue at the time of my used vehicle purchase I may have moved to a different engine size or explored my alternatives at Davis Chevrolet. So overall a great place to buy and get service. More

Lovin my new Denali dually I went in knowing what I wanted, Klayton was great. I felt totally comfortable choosing my truck. Did not perform all requested work on my truck This was the second time at this dealer for repairs that were not taken care of. They had my truck for 2 days to change an air filter and egr valve. N This was the second time at this dealer for repairs that were not taken care of. They had my truck for 2 days to change an air filter and egr valve. No alignment was done as their hoist was supposedly out of service, but what about a simple oil change?...Not done! This was also the second time I tried to get them to find the rattle in the front end, and again they could not find anything wrong with the truck. Are these guys deaf?? So I rattle down the road...not impressed! Maybe it is because my warranty is 7000km from running out. Not really sure but service personnel act as though they are doing me a favor. 2 days wasted...again! I will be purchasing a ford in the future!! More

Surprised I sent an inquiry to the dealership last night and he said he would get back to me in the morning with details on the truck. He did, and told me that the truck is not at the main lot and as soon as it's back he would send the info. I asked if it was crewcab and he doesn't have access to it at the moment and as soon as it's back, he would find that out and also send pictures and the rest of the info i requested all at once. I was very irritated and accused him of not respecting my time and i was very stern. To my surprise I got a firm answer right back explaining that he does not do business with aggressive customers and he would pass me to a manager as he takes the Davis moto to heart and would never treat people as I described. the he said he was with a customer and if I waited, he would give me the same courtesy he is giving the other customer and concentrate on my deal. I was very surprised at that as I am a little aggressive and all the other dealerships, backed off and did what i asked right away. i work night shifts so i tend to be agitated in the morning. I really wanted to let you guys know as the truck wasn't what i was looking for, but this was the best interaction I have had shopping so far and he made it incredible when he got back to me. straight shooter no b.s. thats how every dealership should be. I Needed a recall done on the wiper transmission of my SUV and they refused to do the work because "it's only applicable to select vehicles" of my exact make, model, and year. When OBVIOUSLY I'M BEING AFFECTED by the problem that they are supposed to fix because my windshield wipers are broken in the exact way that is listed. Also when I came in to get another recall done a couple of months ago they found a problem and quoted me $2500 - $4000 to fix it. When I took it to a different mechanic to get the problem fixed it ended up costing me $600. I will never give them another penny. More
