I dealt with Clayton over the internet he provided lots of information on the vehicle including past history, car fax report, etc. He was very courteous and helpful in dealing with. We managed to settle on a price with my old truck as a trade in. When I arrived at the dealership he had the truck running and it was completely detailed and shiny as a brand new one. He was very patient with me, answered all my questions and showed me all the accessories in the new truck. I am very happy with the service of the dealership, especially Clayton. I would have no problem in recommending this dealership to purchase a vehicle. More

Browsing KiJiJi I found a possible unit, however it was 900 kms away, I e-mailed, and received a reply right away. Soon Clayton phoned me. Distance notwithstanding I liked what I was hearing from Clayton, we agreed on a price, next thing I was talking with Janice. I was not happy with the warranty option, but Janice reworked that scenario. I flew to Calgary, bused to Claresholm arriving Dec 31. Now the big question? Are these people, in person as friendly as on the phone? And, is this truck as good as the pictures and info Clayton had e-mailed me....... ANSWER... NO! Why? because they were way nicer, and the truck was beyond my high expectations, it was simply amazing.... immaculate, especially the engine. The dealership, and everyone epitomize good old downhome friendless and decency. My trip was well worth it, we went over the transaction, truck workings and so forth, I was on my way home. I liked the truck so much I drove the 902 kilometers straight through. They phoned me the next working day to enquire as to my trip home, and was everything OK? Great dealership, superb people, honest and straight forward. More

I ended up looking for Dodge ram and even though Jason sells Chevy and GMC products he was still happy to help me search. He checked up on me to see how I was making out and also updated me on his search status. He was not pushy at all. Very friendly and concerned about the my satisfaction with finding a vehicle. Long story short, my car spent over a month at Westwind/Davis waiting for parts and repairs. I was promised that someone would call with status updates and that never happened. During that time, my phone calls and messages asking for an update were never returned. I would drive down there in the vehicle they eventually loaned me to check on the progress. I got my car back for a few weeks and the same problem happened again, yesterday. I am very frustrated with the length of time and poor workmanship or parts. I am not sure whether it's the garage or the manufacturer's problem right now. The first time the power steering blew, I was in Fort Macleod and had to have my car towed. I was charged almost $500 for just the parts and repair and I still don't know if that will be refunded back to me. I am not a happy customer and up until this point I have always owned a Chev/GMC vehicle. These recent events are making me question my loyalty to this brand... I finally got my car back after another week in the garage, I did sit down with the owner and he explained the problem and why it happened three times. He apologized for the length of time it took to fix and the lack of communication, which they are working on. Interestingly, I went to their website and found they had a live chat capability. So within in minute or so I was chatting with someone about my problem. I got the phone number for some customer care people in Ontario. I think more resources should be put into answering and returning phone calls, than chat. Most people just want to talk to a real person. I am glad that the issue is resolved and I appreciate that they listened and understood my frustration with the whole incident. Thank you Tim Davis for taking the time to help me out! More

We asked him to find a vehicle with specific items. He found it and brought it in for us. 2014 GMC Sierra SLE Double Cab. I asked Jason to find a cobalt blue or the stealth gray truck. I had really wanted the pretty blue, but he found the stealth gray and we really like it. Most of our dealings were done by email and some phone calls. We enjoyed dealing with Jason. He was not high pressure. More
