I am very frustrated and disappointed in the length of time it takes to get it repaired. This is the THIRD time the power steering has gone on it. Is it the fault of the parts or the mechanic? Hi Wendy, Thanks for your time on the phone today and we’ll have another follow up tomorrow. I would have to say this is partially our fault and partially an inherent power steering issue in the vehicle. After my meeting with all involved today I am confident that this is the last time your Enclave will have a power steering problem. I will explain more during our discussion on Wednesday. I am very sorry we have caused you so much frustration. We never want to cause anyone that much frustration. Hopefully during our chat tomorrow we can resolve this ongoing issue.
