We were looking for a particular vehicle and we wanted it to be at a particular mileage, appearance, options, and of course, price. We found one on KIJIJI and followed up by calling Clayton - he said it would be cleaned and warm when we got there. We passed the dealership and when we turned around we noticed were following a beautiful clean silver SRX with a dealer plate and we followed it right to the dealership. Clayton got out of it and we took it for a test drive. We spent some time achieving our goals to purchase that day, New Years Eve, 2014 and everyone spent time making sure we were set up - they did not rush us out even though it was late in the afternoon. Janice got us settled up with the perfect payment and warranty arrangements. We left the vehicle there to get new tires installed. When we came back to pickup the SUV, Clayton was organized, personable and when we had a question he couldn't answer he found the answer. He and Jason help us get acquainted with all the bells and whistles in the car and were patient with our learning of everything. We didn't felt rushed at all. We were treated very well. All in all it was a very enjoyable, humorous, low-pressure experience. It came down to: we wanted to buy the car - their team wanted to sell the car.
