From the moment I walked in the doors having 60k in my p I would like to express that I am extremely happy with the customer service I received here. From the moment I walked in the doors having 60k in my pocket to spend after going to many other dealers checking out all kinds of vehicles and being treated so poorly I am glad I chose to visit Dams and saw Todd Brown...extremely knowledgeable NOT a pushy sales man what so ever. Actually gave me a printed out sheet of every detail prices which no other dealer would do. I was able to take it home and decide what to do. I bought my Lincoln suv and have been very happy...I have been in many times just to pop in and see what is new and have my service done where I met Craig the Lincoln concierge and his eager to please attitude was so helpful to me with all my concerns never have I been stuck even last minute he has a solution to make me happy I chose Dams. Way to go guys! Also a shout out to Craig’s assistant Geneva a wonderful bright addition to the team!👏🤗 More

In the years that I have h Because I purchased a maintenance package with my new Ford Focus in 2012, I was bound to the dealership for my car tuneups. In the years that I have had my car serviced at this Centre, there has almost never been a time when I have found the service to be acceptable or that they have done what they identified they would do. I will state that the work actually completed by the mechanics has been for the most part, what one would expect. The mechanics are not the problem, the customer service and the pieces around the work are the concern. Examples include, 20 minute waits just to get to the service counter due to understaffing or under-training at drop of and pick up, no appointment booked when you do get to the counter (The latest), requiring that their own technician rerun the same computer check that another accredited facility has done and making you pay for that, making you pay to update the onboard systems for running their software, only once in 7 years did they actually have time to wash and vacuum the car (and the one time they did was because they asked to keep it overnight on some other pretense as they had promised me that this time the car would be washed). My expectations for car maintenance are minimal, I expect that when I make an appt. it’s on their books, I expect to be able to quickly drop the car off and to quickly pick it up (20min to stand and wait is far too long), I expect the work to be completed as promised and I expect not to be billed for problems the company has created. Lastly I expect that if a service is promised, it should be completed and completed within the timeframe identified. And I understand that if things on occasion are off, this is to be expected as well. What is unacceptable is for these things to be occurring literally every single time I go to this dealership. More

Got a call the next day saying they don’t honour Tricare extended warranty anymore. There seems to be a dispute between them and Tricare, I unfortunately was caught in the middle. If you have Tricare extended warranty don’t go there because they don’t honour it. More

I was treated with respect and courtesy. No one questioned or doubted what I was saying. I was shuttled home and called 6 hours later to say it was all done. They replaced the clutch part. All I can say is that Dams was just amazing! I will recommend them to all my friends and my next vehicle will definitely come from Dams. Much appreciated. More

In April, 2017 I had some service issues and the manager Ike took the time to listen to my concerns and resolved the issue in a very professional manner. He is a brilliant manager who knows the meaning of exceptional customer service. His team members have provided us great service as well. Thank you so much. Third time wasn't a charm I've been to Dam's three times...Twice to their body shop and once for service. The first time was at their body shop they gave me a loaner with a ben I've been to Dam's three times...Twice to their body shop and once for service. The first time was at their body shop they gave me a loaner with a bent rotor, second time was for service, none of my fluids were topped up and mileage on sticker for return read the same as my odometer, the third visit was to their body shop this was the most disturbing of my three visits and I will never go back. They were repairing damage to my front passenger side wheel, while they replaced a part they identified, they did not put all the pieces back together (vehicle was missing components) and they either missed damage that occurred from the initial accident or further damage was done to my vehicle from the vehicle not being totally re-assembled properly. I brought back the vehicle and explained that it was making a sound that it had never made before. Barry pushed down on the front my vehicle with his hands and said "looks good to me" Still feeling that there still was something wrong, I took my vehicle to Cam Clark in North Vancouver and they identified plates that were bent, a few missing components and a cracked axle! Needless to say I am very disappointed in the service I've received. More

They also said they would wash and vacuum it , this wasn't done either they just didn't seem to care . Don't recommend!! More

Looking for Financing help.. I was planning on buying a used truck on a private sale that was financed by ford credit. I needed to get the current owners ford financing transferred over to me, which I was told could be initiated at ANY ford dealership. I live in Langley, and have once bought my other ford at Dams, so naturally this is where I went. The finance lady told me this could not be done at her location, even though I questioned her that other dealerships said they could. I left the dealership confused I then visited other dealerships, namely MSA, West Coast, and Key West who were all willing to do it. It was a this point I realize I was lied to at Dams. She did not want to do the work. I understand transactions of this nature are a lot of work for not a lot of return to the dealership. For that reason, I appreciate those who wanted to help me out more. I think the folks at Dams should realize it is not always about the bottom line sometimes it is about building relationships and loyalty My prior Ford vehicle experience was exemplary. This visit was not. I will not be buying future vehicles from Dams again More
