Service department was not organized and didn’t have vehicle completed as previously promised. No communication and very difficult to get thru via phone - called 4 times with no success. Finally, i wa vehicle completed as previously promised. No communication and very difficult to get thru via phone - called 4 times with no success. Finally, i was getting a ride to pick up my truck and phoned again and got thru to service dept and was told its ready. Got there 15 min later and told sorry not ready yet - and asked me do you want us to fill up the DEF ? I thought it Should have been done as part of the service. Told me It would take 5 mins for DEF to be topped up and 20 mins later it was finally ready. Charged me an extra $55 for the DEF - not happy. Could have done it myself and I thought it would have been part of the service I originally booked for. Also - there was a light bulb that needed fixing and the cost of installing it would be $600 - crazy I said just give me the $6.00 light bulb and I will Install it myself. Will NOT be bringing my F-350 back to you again. More

Lots of promises when you buy a new Lincoln product. I was told first oil change was on them and they would pick up my car from my home and leave a loaner. When my car car was due its first oil change w I was told first oil change was on them and they would pick up my car from my home and leave a loaner. When my car car was due its first oil change we tried repeatedly over the course of a month to have that done. Our phone calls were met with "we don't know anything about that" and "someone will call you back". We never recieved a call back. Recently I had a warranty question. After three attempts to get a simple question answered and promised call backs that never happened I went to a different dealer and had my question answerd in 5 minutes. Perhaps I am in the minority but after a total of 8 times being promised a call back that never happened I have given up on this dealer. More

The sales manger Philip was good until they promised two tanks of gas one for doing a survey and ignoring how badly the finance manager treated me and one for how I was treated. Come to find out I don’t get a gas card I have to meet up and have them use the company card which is not remotely easy to plan out plus then I don’t get full value. Over all I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price but the only bright part was Vivek was such and awesome sales man. More
