I purchased a brand-new vehicle from Ford in November 2023, but it turned out to be faulty. Picked up truck. Detailings was bad dirty windows inside and out. Truck not washed thoroughly. Was told I was getting a brand new never driven truck. I didn’t notice Detailings was bad dirty windows inside and out. Truck not washed thoroughly. Was told I was getting a brand new never driven truck. I didn’t notice when I picked it up but it had 128 kilometres on it. This was an extremely large purchase for me I just felt rushed. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
